If I’m a golfer and love heirloom apples, whiskey, cider and mountain biking, and like the cold, then Tassie FTW. Fishing too. the thought of surfing there frightens my skinny body for reasons unclear to even my own self I got a foundational membership

not to nit pick but if you want the cost of living tackled , talk to the feds 650k net migration last CY = huge pressure on built housing stock = rent through roof (contributor to CPI)plus extra demand - states have to foot the bill for roads schools and hospitals negative gearing plus CGT concessions = contributes to IP forcing up costs via OO at auctions= bigger mortgages and lost tax revenue supernnuation concessions = lost revenue the absolute national treason that is the gas cartel selling $1/GJ gas at net back gas floor (not cap) of $12. Our own gas. Sheer bastardry. Gas sets marginal price of electricity lack of competition everywhere = monopolised rents and oligopoly who controls energy policy (hint hint dom gas reservation and taxing outsized profits), tax and competition policy, immigration may as well chuck thhe failure to implement AML tranche 3 laws (hint hint real estate) it ain’t the states

This ^^^ Without being whingey - which is likely impossible because we bend over backwards being the good corporate citizen (refer: the Maynard disgrace) - we should be issuing a please explain to AFL house and umpiring dept seeking clarification whilst indicating we will still doing the same stuff expecting similar levels of freedom without penalty Agree on petracca

Sam Van Rooyen in for Ben Brown on LTI?
What’s our risk management plan should this not come to fruition it should be top of pile given petty’s seeming fragility and our current propensity to get all the shoddy hands dealt

Targeting Max
Same including by the club penned a long letter to Roffey about it Pert or someone should have beelined to the media at quarter time and set the frame for the debate “that was not a football action, Maynard has form, we expect nothing less than 6 weeks for that if the AFL is serious about protecting the head, it was reckless, unecessary and you can bet if that was daicos under him he would have wrapped him up in a hug or something “ etc etc etc then spent the week bombarding the media with short concise messages on those lines it was a total failure

The Premiership Window Closing?
Slammed shut IMV. Huge list changes since 21. Last year was the one that got away (notwithstanding CFC or Lions in a GF would have been hard) The continued persistence with sub par players is puzzling
