Reminds me of how Stuart Broad completely regressed as a batsman after he took a bouncer to the head. He was a handy tail end bat but then always looked scared at the crease after he got hit. Sometimes traumatic injuries leave mental scars that never heal. Even though you're right and a similar injury may never happen to Trac again, he might never have it in him to go back with the flight. As to our goal kicking though, i think its entirely a mental battle at this point. Chocco can do all the coaching work he wants but i think we need to be more mentally resilient in front of goal.

Opposition forwards must love lining up for goal with no pressure knowing that we will most likely struggle to convert up the other end. I found it hilarious reading through some social media comments which all said something along the lines of "YoU'd ThiNK MelBournE woULd HaVe LeaRNt FroM PetrAccA and OliVEr nOT tO GivE LonG teRM dEALS." Last time i checked, claz and trac are both still pulling on the red and blue each week and both are pretty damn good players. Not going to celebrate early but this is a massive win for the club if it happens. "Talented" does a disservice to describing Kozz, what a superstar he is. Also if it does happen, I along with many others will enjoy getting absolutely stuck in to that [censored] Flogmantle.

It's merely a financial investment, AFL house know that Collingwood winning means boatloads of cash for them. They simply would rather compromise the fairness of the game for the financial return. At least against collingwood we will go in as heavy underdogs, this team does love playing when expectations are low.

Turned up to the game as if we were 1st on the ladder. That kozzy miss set an awful tone for the day. 1 goal in a whole half of football, just the most deplorable effort I’ve watched in a very long time. We don’t need the money anymore, let’s just play this game at the G moving forward.
