NON MFC: Rd 09 2021
The Powa are an extremely overrated team who got lucky with the shortened version of the game last year. Couple that with the gifted games played at home and on the Gold Coast where they adapted and play very well. No improvement whatsoever at all this year, extremely gettable in their backhalf.

Lets remove the Norm Smith Curse

The Weid is Back!
You would think Tmac and Weed will share ruck duties while rotating at CHF. Tmac might even play some minutes on a wing to get a different look at it, create a mismatch. Another angle might be if Carl get a run on to drop in as defensive coverage and tuck right in from a wing position.

2021 Injury List
If Weed can't crack a game this week, i think its curtains for the big fella.

Training Ground?
I'm pretty sure i heard Frank Panisi from Storm on SEN mention the new facilities will house the whole club and still play games out of Aami stadium. You would think if this is the case and we take soul control of the training base their would be major redevelopments their for that to be our home.

A History of 8-0
They've been under the blowtorch for the whole year.

Potential priority pick for Kangas
Don't worry they will be sniffing around for one the both of them. Hawthorn claiming they have 80k members is also laughable, when the can attract 14k to a home game in perfect weather.

Rolling All Australian Demons
Maysie and Kosi say Hi. Tmac continuing to ask questions, could be a different story come seasons end. FMD.

Centre Clearances - Considered Analysis Requested.
Best it happens now, it's exposed and our coaching team can go to work on it and fix this problem. It has come at a good time and no damage has been done. 8-0

Centre Clearances - Considered Analysis Requested.
How many of those Center Clearances resulted in clean entrys into our F50? and how many resulted in scores? That would be the concerning aspect of it. Its not great and you would like to be breaking even in the center, but because our defensive systems are off the charts. We are the elite of the elite, we can withstand a comprehensive statistic differential like this and still win in others areas and get the chocolates. Its a massive feather in the caps of the coaching and analytical set ups in place.

POSTGAME: Rd 08 vs Sydney
I thought Harmesy was in and amongst the action tonight, can't quiet gather the angst against the returning soldier. Jimmy Jordan's tackle in the 4th when the game was in the balance was clutch. take a bow young man.

NON MFC: Rd 08 2021
I called it when the Tiges played us, it is over for the tiges their midfield isn't what it was and their defence is extremely overrated.

CHANGES: Rd 08 vs Sydney
I think there are parallels that can be drawn into in both the Hawks and Norf games. Both lowly ranked teams in which our out put(2nd gear) and performance were down from previous high level performances. In both cases i think we have been thinking about the following weeks offering, Hawks followed by the Tiges and Norf followed by the Swans. The outcomes were almost identical as both teams were blown away in the 4th quarter when the game was needed to be won with 10 minutes of damaging footy. We can't expect arousal levels are to going to be at 100% every week against the battlers, the main objective is to be banking wins against the lesser likes and avoiding injuries and suspensions. Expending the energy that is needed against the high quality teams is all part of the game management that is required to get to the end of season with petrol left in the tank. Where we can launch into September with a health and hungry list that is not limping in with no energy reserves. Don't get caught up on the performances against the lesser likes, be happy to bank the wins and look forward to the games that matter. Give em hell this week Dees.

Bayley Fritsch cleared of striking
It was a fend off with the action of the bumper bar used in marking contests, it wasn't a striking elbow motion to hurt him. He didn't want to use the hand he just had surgery on to fend with. It was med- low impact, no blood was drawn, he wasn't concussed, played the rest of the game out. Must be down graded to a fine for the good of the game. That trucking thug Hawkins didn't even get sighted, May was concussed, drew blood, fractured his eye socket and got f all.

Luke Jackson - Rising Star nomination
He doesn't move outside of the center square that lug. Immensely overrated beyond belief.
