  1. Disappointed you'd say that @jnrmac Darling didn't exactly cover himself in glory when his club were on it's knees did he? Tmac whilst he is past his best is a better option.
  2. If true why not on Jacob? Levi is worth a crack on low chips. Himmelberg for the Crows is a lost cause. Gollant i don't know much about but he's done sweet F all for the Crows SANFL side.
  3. How old is Levi? 32? Body is still sound?
  4. Tmac a better option than Darling plus he is a pea heart who refused to have a jab during covid period.
  5. Didn't Larkey sign during this year? We just had the wrong plan unfortunately. Petty was training with the Forwards during pre season if my memory serves me correctly. So i think the brains trust didn't think it was a requirement, but looking back in hindsight it was exactly what we needed. The Gawndy combo was a bust but we're just lucky we might get a high pick than the one we outlayed initially in pick 27.
  6. He is the one you would want, It would take 2x first rounders to prize him away, plus he is a WA boy. He wouldn't want to leave Mummy and Daddy.
  7. Smith kicked 3 goals straight and had one taken away from him from Kozzie's stupidity. What do you mean he doesn't have the smarts? He's locked into our 22 if he continues this form and applies tackling pressure.
  8. I should have made it clearer that i was referring to a Sports psychologist. A psychologist for personal issues would be a given in today's climate and society.
  9. In a nutshell they are crapping their dacks. What happened during this finals series was all above the head in the important moments. Seems like not alot of work went into this space on top of a drop off in fundamental skill based technique. Does the club have a psychologist the players can approach during the season or have club tutorials every month to cover different aspects of a season that might pop up? The winner of the Premiership every year tend to kick easy goals in predictable areas of the ground and everybody gets a lick of the Ice Cream that was not us at all. I would be shocked and disappointed if this has been neglected and brushed off as a non issue. This is a real problem now, 4 losing finals on our own patch, friggen unbelievable. Maxy take responsibility and get the players buying into this space.
  10. Crappola 😂 I had to laugh at this one. One of my Mum's favourite descriptive words.
  11. Yeah we fuggd up getting Grundy instead of a Key Forward.
  12. I hope they cop a fisting like the one we gave Geelong in the Prelim in 21.
  13. Personally i hope the Grundy money goes into a key forward but there is no much out there. It might not even happen next year either due to cap space. Both BBB and Tmac have one year remaining on their deals, so i would estimate its nearly 1 million of Salary cap space that should be devoted to a key Forward in 2025. Any Brody Mihoeck's floating around at VFL, SANFL or Bush league level?
  14. I felt sick after watch that game live.
  15. The Petty injury was the moment. Surely we can't be going down to that hell hole again in Tassie?
  16. Not playing spargo last week against the Filth was a massive mistake. Our Sub selections for both finals were diabolical.
  17. He was concussed, who are these f wits trying to fool. Double standards all-round.
  18. They took their time with Carlton’s review, they couldn't give a rats when the shoe was on the other foot.
  19. Sounds like the Crows are really peed off we have snatched one of their players and they are shaking our tree to see what falls out from our end. They want a player not a 3rd rounder, so they decided to ruffle some feathers after we have been knocked out of the finals. All fugazi.
  20. I don't want him to leave @58er he is the player we have been crying out for he is a Premiership defender yes. The Crows want him as a defender, he may fancy himself as a forward(only something Harrison can answer) which MFC do now. He's from Wudinna top of Eyre Peninsula SA nowhere near Adelaide. There will be no pull for him to live in Adelaide with family around apart from his sister who plays for the Adel Thunderbirds. Born out of necessity the coaches have found out (Finally) he's as natural a forward you'll ever see he has goal sense, takes pack grabs, snaps on both feet, brings others into the game. Something we completely missed in the Finals,(don't get me started). Crows are dreaming we will let him go from a deal with 2 years to run in a swap @58er you'll be surprised the lengths agents will go to secure increased fresh terms. If we continue to look after him he will stay long term.
  21. Petty has just transitioned into a forward, it poses the question whether he wants to play down back or up foward. This looks like the work of his agent, sniffing for a pay rise. Is McAdam out of contract? or does he have a year to run?
  22. What 24 hrs it has been for the MFC, Rest in Peace big Ron. Icon, Legend, Mr.MFC.
  23. Executing our goal kicking under big finals pressure (Composure) cost us in these 2 finals. We need a Power Forward to help JVR and Petty, not sure Petty can go a full season with the hits and knocks we need security cover. Injuries from R17 onwards also didn't help either, plus our sub selections in finals.
  24. Stevie Johnson Forwards coach/ skills/ball craft. No.1 Power Forward. No.2 a gun mid. No.3 Developing Ruck. in the mold of GWS's young ruckman K.Briggs.
