  1. Rockliff could still have another 4 years of solid ball left in him, as long as we didn't give up too much then it'd nearly be rude not to have him. Same as Tippett, although he's probably a bit too inconsistent for me. His potential is intriguing but in reality, I don't think he'll work out for anyone. Reid and Aliir YES & YES
  2. What about Lever and Rockliff instead? As scrutinised as he has been, he still is a pretty decent player. Its just whether or not he could fit in with us anywhere i guess. For some reason i feel as though he could be a more realistic chance to be ours, if he were to nominate us.
  3. Who played on Wright in round 2? Pretty sure he kicked 3 or 4 and had like 20 touches. He had me worried that whole game..
  4. I would love to experiment with someone like Maynard especially because of all the injuries and what not. He seems to be playing really well in the VFL, even though in fairness I haven't really seen much of him. Who knows, we could unearth another gem hopefully.
  5. Yeah fair enough, I get where you're coming from. He played pretty well on the weekend too so I was expecting someone to shut me up lol.
  6. Two games out of how many? I think he's okay sometimes and don't get me wrong he has his good moments, I'm just not a fan of his decision making and disposal a lot of the time
  7. I agree but I'm not really sold on Neal-Bullen or Harmes either, I think Kennedy needs to get a game to prove his worth though as opposed to playing VFL every week. Although I understand he should be playing really well to get a call up, but reading about how he's going it doesn't really seem as though he can do much more
  8. Yeah exactly, i think oscar definitely has his moments and i am happy for us to persist with him as we did with Tom, but if he keeps having these constant brain farts every game as well then maybe they need to go in another direction, whoever that may be with. If we were to get a Mackenzie type, i agree he just provides that little bit of extra bit of help for them even if it is only for a short period.
  9. Yeah fair point, I feel as though if we got him it would give Omac a little bit more time to develop and not get given the burden of defending the main forward every week. However I guess experience is the only thing that will help him in the long run.
  10. If we weren't to get Lever or May, could we go for someone like Eric Mackenzie as a fall back option?
  11. I'm curious as to why you think this? Obviously he's struggled to stay on the park but if he was healthy I think he could potentially be better than someone like melksham etc.
  12. I guess you're right, its a big positive knowing we are gaining more and more depth each year. However i reckon its a shame Lumumba didn't work out as planned, he could've helped in a lot of different ways. The acquisition of Lewis today got me pretty horny though
  13. I'm of the belief that Lumumba could still be in our best side given he's healthy and has a strong pre-season.. Anyone agree?
