  1. They won't bring Oliver back vs North Melbourne in 12'C in Tasmania you'd assume.
  2. IN: Hibberd (form rewarded), Sparrow (automatic selection) OUT: Harmes, Woewodin Smith for Tomlinson perhaps...
  3. Kozzie and Viney seemed very quiet that quarter. Pickett and Petracca needs to play more in the middle with Oliver and Sparrow out
  4. Live ladder in Q2 FFS
  5. Is it just me, or does MAY look very ginger the last week or two?? I think he's playing injured
  6. Exactly. Unsure why Goody would want to this against Richmond but they are on of very few I wouldnt be trying this against.
  7. What we get in Petty up forward we also lose in defence.
  8. Tomlinson looks very shaky today
  9. That was atrocious Langdon, you learn not to do in mini league
  10. I wonder if Petty forward outweighs missing him in defence...
  11. We are definitely playing more through the corridor today, Richmond is one of a few sides I wouldn't be doing this against, so poor coaching and Goodwin needs to change it up a little or they'll hurt us on turnovers. Not sure why we want that gameplan today. Tigers' forward entries are the standard we should be aiming for.
  12. ANB has 4 x i50's for 3 poor entries for those praising him.
  13. Pretty good win by Williamstown to be fair. Grundy moved into the ruck after half time. Good to see Hibberd push his stakes.
  14. Grundy has 7 disposals so far. Ben Brown 2 kicks Spargo 3 kicks from his 9 touches.
  15. I used to use SportingPulse, unsure if that's still a thing?
  16. Definitely looks lost. I actually feel a bit sorry for him, this wasn’t the pitch that was spun to him.
  17. It’s pretty easy to gauge, don’t just look at stats, look at positioning, leading patterns etc. not rocket science to work out. He looks completely lost even from a non statistical point of view.
  18. Well either that or Max needs to fulfil his side of the pitch to get Grundy, that is that Max plays mostly as a forward. However both are number one rucks so I never was a fan of the move in the first place, as Max just isn’t a forward.
  19. Hmmm, I know it’s windy but got to say that whatever Grundy is doing is certainly nowhere near any forward craft or positioning as I remember playing it. Got to feel for him a bit I think. But he looks lost.
  20. Not a good day for key forwards or learning forward craft by the sounds of it
  21. Sometimes leading the tipping when its close late in the season can be the worst! All you do is pick the favourites, while others around you pick roughies that normally get up at this time of year.
  22. I'm leading the tipping and have 2 so far. Which is GWS and Adelaide. I almost pulled the trigger on Gold Coast (Brisbane looked tired last week) and wish I'd picked the Blues (that one annoys me as I should have picked them). re GWS, they are on a roll and have top end talent, sometimes momentum and confidence does bloody wonders hey! I must also say that I'm happy to get Geelong wrong as I cannot stand them.
  23. Today we just need to get the win and move on. Things I'm particularly interested in and on watch today are: 1. Forward connection with JVR and Petty, a close watch for me. We need some continuity now at round 20. 2. I'd like us to take the game on and switch more, play more exciting footy so we can "flick the switch" when needed. Tempo. 3. Forward 50 entries from our mids & half forwards, lowering the eyes. The backs and mids will take care of themselves more often than not so the above I will be playing close attention to.
  24. It was pretty easy to read BA, look at their form line and who they've beaten in the last 7 odd weeks.
  25. When you look at the video from the AFL website in this link, it looks pretty clear that Aliirs head was hit? https://www.afl.com.au/news/988640/-very-very-comfortable-ken-backs-doc-s-call-after-sickening-head-clash
