I think we should be targeting players like Kelly, Polec, Burgoyne, Impey, Isaac Smith, Cameron, Stephenson type players. Unsure who's out there and on the market, will brainstorm later tonight.

So...Hawks trial some new rule changes on Saturday, Clarko and Gil seem thick as thieves. Proposed changes are having a certain number number of players in forward and back 50's when there's a stoppage, throw in/ball up or goal. Unsure if waiting for all the players to get in their zone before a ball up is going to be fast? I'm all for tradition and umpiring the game properly and balling it up quicker. unsure where our game is going, but seems to be losing it's tradition. So many rule changes, going to look very different next year I think.

You can't compare Ollie Wines to Petracca. One has a tank and best mid in his side, the other puffs in the warm up.

We'll get peanuts for him but happy to back Taylor in. Shame as when he's on he's a good player, however too injured.

OK! I've settled down (a little), had a think about our structure and I think against Ryder, Dixon and Westoff it would be throwing Petty to the wolves so I have opted with Frost. He has experience, speed and has trained with the back line since he has been at the club. I think right now, its the "safest" play. Jones comes out of the middle to move back to his old hunting ground, as a captain he needs to lead so go back there and do it, his value in the middle has diminished this year IMO. Mr Petracca - I'm giving you the bye to sort your attitude out and a game after it. Weideman replaces Pedersen, thanks Cam you've been a great club man. Weid has the rest of the year to get game time into him. Vince, sorry Bernie, it's time to release the young ones, can't play him and Lewis in the same side. Hannan has a spell, potentially injured. Anyway just my thoughts, most likely all wrong and won'rt happen anyway but that's where my head is at! I do hope Garlett gets a game and if they went silly with 4 changes he'd be the one I'd bring in.
