  1. I was very worried watching this game. Yes, TMac and BBB we're bog ordinary but our troubles seem to run deeper. 1. Teams seem to be pulling our game apart now at both levels. The put pressure on us and block the corridors and we're just panicking and blind kicking and bombing it long into our forward line. 2. We just look slow and tired this year. I Went to the lions game and we looked cooked. We looked flogged against Essendon last week at both levels. As I watch the Crows rise, I think we're missing Burgess. Our hard, two way running in waves is disappearing at both levels. Teams are getting the opportunity to cover us
  2. I've had this nervous rash for years. I went to the doctor and he said it's called mfcss. He said it's incurable but can be treated with a premiership and it will go away for a while. ......the rash is coming back
  3. How can "threads the needle" not be in the Dwayne bingo card? His commentary is as pleasant as listening to someone dry retching
  4. I've always found it interesting how the coaches tend to keep playing players who are out of form. But I kinda get it with TMac this week. He can be a huge asset for us if he's firing. I guess they're just giving him another chance to turn things around. I guess either he or JVR could get dropped for a while when BBB comes back in. I love the capabilities of all three. Hope they all fire up.
  5. I reckon he's a keeper. Bloody honest player
  6. Totally agree. I think it's heading towards an international rules / gaelic footy model. Less contact, more running. I don't particularly like it but I think it's unavoidable. I feel sorry for those players who just lose their balance in a tackle and accidentally bring their opponent to ground. As usual the worse thing about it seems to be the media driving the agenda
  7. Totally agree. We are so much more effective as a forward line when we lower our eyes. There was a mountain of selfish plays by a lot of players on the weekend. Give me boring, short, centering passes into team mates front and square any day. Blazing away from the boundary and ruckmen trying to kick massive running goals are the low percentage options. And it must drive team mates nuts who've gut run into space and are then ignored. Anyways I'm on the wrong thread. 😁
  8. Thanks KC. Any stand outs for a promotion next week ?
  9. I tend to agree. We'll done to Essendon. They fought harder, ran harder and worked for each other. They took risks through the middle and lowered their eyes. We were definitely outcoached. No wonder they're premiership favourites 😜
  10. Wow, score reviews are just icing on the cake
  11. Yeah he did, my bad
  12. Hang on hang on, Anthony Hudson says we're a chance!
  13. Ooops yep yeah you're right
  14. He put Petty back in the third. He should have been back half way through the first. Geez we've been really selfish up front as well
  15. The amount of kicks to 2 on 1 contests up the wing have been stunning
  16. Max wouldn't make much of a difference with this type of disorganised trash. Up the wings, bomb it long. Not hungry enough. Dead set old school Dees
  17. I think they just text each other
  18. If he was a demon, I'd still thinks he's a #%@!!
  19. Really can't see the swans losing this unfortunately
  20. We're playing Essendon, there's bound to be rubbish around. How long does it take to clear their supporters out usually ?
  21. Crows are fit but just not polished enough. They really need to stop the bleeding
  22. Loved the memberberries. My wife and I still use the quote.
  23. Geez Hawkins has free licence to shove opponents with both hands square in the back.
  24. The Hawks really blew that quarter. Loved the desperation around the contest. Just horrible in front of goal.
  25. I've never enjoyed watching 17 vs 18 so much before (although I've watched us in a lot of them over the years). Hope the dorks beat them by a point.
