I don't regard spelling someone's name correctly as 'such a small thing' - I think it's a sign of respect to spell someone's name correctly.
And I'm mighty glad it looks like he's staying.
John Isner and Nicolas Mahut playing a decently long match.
After 4 sets it's 4-6 6-3 7-6 6-7 in just under 3 hours.
Oh yes...and the 5th set is 58-59 and has taken over 7 hours. This set alone would be the longest match in the modern Open era I believe.
I just don't think improvement can be measured on any individual performances.
2008 against Hawthorn round one we got done by over 100 but the second time we played we were leading halfway through the last - we hadn't improved by over hundred points and the next two years certainly proved that.
I'd expect a good performance, but probably no moreso than any other week.
My favourite was an article written on this by I think Mark Stevens.
Basically rattled on about how every fan was gutted and it needed to change because the fans wanted a result. He had a poll within the article and it overwhelmingly favoured keeping the draw as is.
I like it too, I think we should do it for all our home games.
As my mate pointed out, the only black and white sign up read 'report anti-social behaviour'
