the Thing with Terlich that he gets the ball and alot. He has played 14 games. There only upside for him. His decision making is only going to improve. He attacks the ball alot like Wrecker Whelan used to, full bore.

Everyone debating shows how hard it really is. Trying to pick which one is going to be better. Its like horse racing all the top yearlings look like stars but only some get there. I spose we may not get the best player, but as long as we get a good player that does deliver.

I cant help be but happy with the performance of Neil Craig so far, since he was installed as care taker coach. Just watching all his press conferences he is a great speaker, just sounds so much more inspiring and sells a future better than Neeld ever did. Im not surprised the players are responding to him. If we improve further over the coming weeks, his coaching stocks will rise and then give the club something to think about. Maybe if they are serious about a Roos, could Craig coach for another 12mths on a yearly contract, knowing he will hand over the reigns ? Just throwing it out there, cause its looks unlikely Roos is ready this year. Otherwise your looking at Williams or Eade.

Ok im changing my thoughts on the back of What Hogan, Watts and Dawes is showing, then you have Clarke and Howe. So I think we take the best midfielder. Must be Taller midfielder who is tough, kick it a mile, can mark overhead and be quick with great skills. Im not asking much. Anyone fit that bill in the U18 comp ?

I think Watts can play anywhere, that mark down back in the final seconds was a ripper under pressure.

For his first season i love the way he takes the game on. he attacks the ball and gets it, his skill will improve over time.

My take tonight is the Neeld Melbourne would have been beaten comfortably, Under Craig, we dominated and the bulldogs pulled out all stops to beat us and we hung on. its a big difference. We looked a totally different team to the one ive seen under Neeld.

This a perfect situation for us having Clark whom took Jesse under his wing, when he got to the club at the start of the year. The prospect of the two big men playing along side each other is great. Next year with Dawes up forward also, then it takes the heat off Jesse. Our big man forwards are set. Now we need that midfield.

6 goals to hogan, all class. I think seeing him run around today, is just perfect way for the demons to let him develop with out the pressure of playing AFL. I wish all our kids had this chance. Similar to Viney last year. This is how it should be done.
