I disagree, he is slow and one dimensional and the game has clearly gone past him. Garland and others are selected to try an unearth our next batch of KPP's, but of course we could still stick with the same old dinosaurs that have gotten us absolutely no where over the last four years.

This is a joke right? In the second half of 2006 he played 5 games and kicked 5 goals, although he did manage to get into double figures for touches twice, I guess that's a fair effort... /sarcasm off Hards, get your hand of it, he didn't play as a key forward in those games, he was tried without success. He plays as a small forward, not as a KPP that we desperately need which is why the coaching staff decided to try him as a midfielder. If he had of shown any potential as a key forward then they would have stuck with because we have no one else.

Dunn is not a CHF and has never displayed anything to suggest otherwise, I challenge anyone to prove me wrong on this. His contested marking is non existent.

Mate, for two years I've been trying to argue this here on demonland and the main responses I've had is for the numb nuts to attack me personally (you know who you are). Now we have a list completely devoid of KP talent and it will take us years to address it.

Davey has never really displayed the attributes that are required to win finals footy.

Newton will be ok however he is not (and should not) be the number 1 target as he was on the weekend. It's far too much pressure to put on a kid of his experience and abilities. Unfortunately though because of our crap recruiting and list management we're forced to rely on the poor kid.

Against the doggies last year he had 12 touches and a couple of opportunistic goals....that to me is just an ok peformance, especially for a first round pick. I'm bewildered with how you managed to get 'great' out of that.

I hope people aren't building Dunn into something he isn't, he's shown glimpses of being an ok player but that's about it.

My only knowledge of this guy's past performances was at Hawthorn, which has widely been accepted as being a disaster. Could someone please give details of his other roles he's had?
