I cant see us being too active this year. The list of free agents are underwhelming, Gaff & Dahl are probably the only on our list however their price tags are getting a bit excessive. We have no trading blocks unless we want to trade our own talent. I dont think we really need to make too many changes anyway. Next year our "ins" are LEVER, HOGAN & VINEY.

A contracted Beams would cost a lot more than a second round pick (in the 30s) plus JKH.

1.2 mil for an outside runner is ludicrous... I can see exactly why he would go to norf. And why we would pull out at that figure. Would rather hedge our bets on Billy and hope he turns into something special. Cant blame the club or the player when that sort of offer is on the table. Absolutely reaks of desperation from norf. Especially considering they are paying well above market cost for Polec.

About $70-$100 per ticket. I'd say a lot of these seats will be snapped up by members though so if you're looking at general admission you will probably be in the heavens

I've taken a punt and booked accom and fights today as these have been rising by the day (been looking since the wce game) fingers crossed I can get some tix on Thursday.

I don't think there is any benefit in taking pot shots at a young bloke who has just been cut from a second club and effectively closing the door on his career & dreams. He was a draft pick that just didn't work out for us unfortunately, poor management early could very well have lead to his demise. Seemed like an honest hard worker just not up to it at AFL level unfortunately.
