Am I going crazy but in what world is Lachie Neale worth more than Jesse Hogan? Like seriously.... 1 is a decent mid who is an accumulator who has happened to win 2 B & F's at a rabble club whilst never coming top 10 in the Brownlow. the other is a 23 year old key forward who has the best numbers at this age as any key forward in the league. Once in a generation player. The thought that Freo will get Hogan & Change for Neale makes me want to spew. I simply do not get it....

Really hoping this is the deal... Imagine if the dockers slide to bottom 3 next year.. wouldn't that be glorious. Hell I'd even throw in 33 to the mix

Just imagine the size of the contract GC could offer him with May, Lynch & KK (who was on a very decent contract) off their books? No doubt the AFL will kick in the 500k ambassador allowance to go with it. 1.5 mil plus.

We cannot do a straight swap pick 5 for May... I understand GC will likely get a round 1 compo next year between pick 2-5 next year however IF we just waited until next year he could be ours for free. Surely this needs to be taken into consideration? It's clear their captain wants out, why would you want him on your list next year if he clearly wants nothing to do with the joint? a pick between 10-15 is VERY fair for May.

They have been following the kid around like a bad smell since he was 17. Of course they still want him & there excitement levels were getting out of control when there was actually a possibility to get him this year.

Really was hoping for Dom to come up to the GC, I go to a few of their games so it would give me someone to cheer on.

That's actually a fantastic deal for us. Our pick next year should be 14+.... and Tyson is likely worth a second round. Would do that in a heart beat.
