  1. I would definitely include Taj in this list showed a bit in the Granny and has pace and stamina and looks a chip off the old block.! Howes also looks the goods, 6โ€™3โ€ has pace and skill just needs to build the tank and resilience for AFL and Disco at 6โ€™4โ€ is ready to go add in JVR also 6โ€™4โ€ and with another pre-season should hold down the second tall for us. There are boys and will need a couple of years as role players before they really blossom. Me I am expecting big improvements from Kozzie, Sparrow, Jordon, Petty, Rivers, Salem and Lever. Not sure about the other boys but you should never put limitations on young players, some will surprise you and some will frustrate and disappoint you.

That is what I was thinking if fit he could fill a role for us, seemed to kick a few goals for Saints and Dogs, 197cm, 97kg averages 1.5 goals perfect replacement for Mitch and has a bit of mongrel in him.
  3. Thanks Clintosaurus I just ordered one for me and one for my wife. โœ…โœ…
  4. Adem Yze would be gutted his last interview alone went for three hours putting his ideas experiences leadership skills and footy knowledge on the line only to have the rug pulled out under his feet at the 11th hour by the Gm Football at the AFL Brad bloody Scott. That would be enough to leave you bruised contused and Bitterly Disappointed but Adem is tough, resilient and well loved and supported By the MFC, Family and Friendsgood luck Adem now back to earth and how are we going to win our 2nd Granny in 58 years.!!!
  5. Sounds like a Gus deal.lol!!
  6. I donโ€™t want to upset anyone but I felt that our Indigenous jumper was competing against itself, I loved our previous jumper. I liked the NB but not opposed to IG Marketing is a strange creature.!!
  7. What are the thoughts on Toby trade and when do you see it getting done??? They want him he wants to go, are we delaying the deal or are GWS???
  8. We need a sleeping emoji.lol.!!!
  9. Oyie, layzie a player is worth what someone is willing to pay and after completing his apprenticeship Toby is ready to go. Mid 2nd rounder at the min, he should have played more games for us this year our failure to do so has burnt him, sadly.!!
  10. Stings heโ€™s not going.!!
  11. Thanks LH that sounds much closer to the mark, Harry and James had good years, only the missed games cost them in the voting but both finished the year strongly.!!
  12. Totally agree WCW remember what happened to Hawthyin 2009 when they pushed out a couple of premiership players that Clarko said he wouldnโ€™t do. Harmed the synergy created in 2008.!! ps(hope Tim Lamb is correct and JH is a required player).
  13. Thanks layzie I couldnโ€™t remember the players name.!!
  14. Have to agree to disagree Adonski.
  15. For me James Harmes is a first 18 player, heโ€™s not a bottom six player heโ€™s tough hard and can fill a number of roles, he is a good mark and kicks pretty straight. He is fast enough to quell oppositionโ€™s top mids, there are no guarantees on anyone we bring in. For mine he is a Keeper. No Ifโ€™s Butโ€™s or Maybes.!!!
  16. Thanks WCW those are lovely sentiments for our young man Jayden Hunt.โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’•
  17. Yze was a ball player first but he had no fear and never backed away I remember one day down at Geelong he lost his cool and put someone to sleep.!!
  18. I understand where you are coming from we tend to adopt each new recruit and watch their development closely and enjoy their gains, 1st game, 50 games and once they reach 100 we are fully committed to them and hope they become 200 game players. It is always sad to see them fall by the wayside ala Rosman, etc and see others get traded out to other clubs for greater opportunity even when they leave we still tend to follow their paths to see how they are faring at their new club. For us Supporters it is like losing an extended family member.โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ˜ช๐Ÿ˜ข
  19. Pretty damn good 58er Demonland top ten votes reflected coaches votes apart from order and we have our biases as do the coaches.lol.!!!
  20. I was impressed by Kate Roffe speech at the B&F, I love the idea of the Premiership Ring for all premiership players and the Life Membership and making it retrospective for all of our existing legends. Kate is so inclusive for everyone involved in club including members and supporters. Nice touch to mention LJ wishing him all the best but also welcoming him back if the Freo thing doesnโ€™t work out.โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™โœ…
  21. Bowey has a high footy IQ and is an excellent kick remember what they said about Diesel Williams to short, too slow.. he showed them.!!!
  22. Yes he got injured in the VFL up in Brisbane where he racked up 35 possessions in Caseyโ€™s only loss for the year. Someone stood on his foot late in the game unfortunately. He was the Medi sub the night before.๐Ÿ˜ช
  23. Great result for Clayton letโ€™s his footy do the talking for him hope his girlfriend wasnโ€™t there.lol!!! Our top five are all great leaders we are very fortunate.
  24. Hopefully Adem isnโ€™t to shattered, hopefully swings back into his real job with Goody and team at the Deeโ€™s and starts working on the modified mid field plan to get our next Granny.!!!
