Best Player to wear #20 since 1964.
Interesting that Brian Cook played 4 games for us in 1977, couldnโt have been much of a player.lol!!

Best Player to wear #20 since 1964.
Mathew Febey and Colin Garland were good players but underrated Mathew played in more successful teams and was a bit player whereas Garland as pointed out played in weaker teams and was one of our leading lights. I really liked them both but for me Colin edged Mathew out.!!

Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
Just watched the JVR interview with Benny Gibson he said that he had received a phone call from Tracc and lots of messages from Max and other team mates. Sounds like a well grounded young man who is feeling a bit of excitement and trepidation at joining the Premiers. Doesnโt give to much away. ๐

2021 Player Reviews: #32 Tom Sparrow
Certainly didnโt come from his former coaches or college where he was likened to Levi Greenwood only better. Who ever it was they are poor judges of character.!!

2021 Player Reviews: #32 Tom Sparrow
To be honest I liked him from the start but the more I watch our last four games the more I appreciate his talent and abilities, he is selfless and team first but has the strength, fitness and footy nous to be able to exploit any opportunities. At this stage the difference between Tom and JJ is that Tom gets in the zone. If you take a close look at TS his face is set his eyes are glazed he is living the moment nothing can stop him, he has, like a lot of our players found belief in their ability to change the game in our favour. When JJ finds that ability to get into the zone he to will be a young champ on the rise. They have both exceeded our expectations in the best possible way.๐โค๏ธ๐

Jon Ralph's big early predictions for 2022
No way RGB our 2019 days are way behind us, our group now have so much pride and confidence in themselves and the club we are now very similar to 1955 MFC. Having just finished the Red Fox (750 pages) it is almost like this group of coaches and players are following in Norms footsteps. The selfless team oriented football was his trade mark.!!

2021 Player Reviews: #2 Nathan Jones
True JCB but I would dearly love to see Chunk holding up the Cup at a home visit with Max and perhaps Gus or JV.!!๐

Midfield Depth
Richo would have the inside knowledge on Luke, maybe he felt out of the loop at Saints, I think that he will be a very important pick up for us, particularly if we have injuries. Didnโt he pick up 9 Brownlow votes.??

Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
When do we get to see an interview with JVR and when are the three boys due in from WA. I am seriously looking forward to seeing our 5 youngsters as well as Luke Dunstan out on the track in our colours.!!๐โค๏ธ๐

Welcome to Demonland: Taj Woewodin
Taj has elite speed, clean hand and can kick equally well on both sides, we have an excellent development team around him and he will be playing VFL footy while he develops, no rush like in the past.!!

NAB AFL U19 Championships

Welcome to Demonland: Andy Moniz-Wakefield
I agree and also it isnโt going to be easy to crash into a premiership side so that gives our coaches a lot of time to mould these players into selfless team oriented hungry players.

Welcome to Demonland: Taj Woewodin
Woewodin, Archer and Burgoyne all went late this draft went very deep after top 10-15 players, hence Howes at 39 and so much talent still available into late 40โs so why bother trying to pick up a kid who has already nominated their team of choice. Whereas teams had a crack at Daicos and Darcy to make sure they didnโt go cheap. I was pleasantly surprised to see Mac Andrew go at 5, Suns must put him in the LJ category.!!

Merch/Memorabilia
I have received 3 of my 6 orders, just waiting on my extra black premiership cap ( showing delivered) my guernsey showing shipped and my premiership polo and red premier cap showing awaiting fulfilment. I guess an AP driver is wearing the black premiership cap.๐ข๐ค

Welcome to Demonland: Blake Howes
Strange but I saw a bit of Chris Heffernan in him and that was a bit weird as I never think about Bombers, am I hallucinating.๐ณ

Welcome to Demonland: Blake Howes
Just watched his interview with Benny Gibson has a good head on his shoulders, he is quick, takes a good mark, is very clean with his hands and is always looking for a teammate plus teammates looking for him. After listening to him and JT I think that we have another quality player here. He is 6โ3 and Rosman is 6โ4 they both have pace and good overhead capability. Howe is ready made Rosman a project letโs see what Chocko and Yze can do with them.

Welcome to Demonland: Blake Howes
That is so bloody funny.!!

Welcome to Demonland: Taj Woewodin
Just watched Taj interview with Benny Gibson he looks a really happy chip off the old block even sounds like Woey as a youngster. Also Jud McVee is a teammate and close friend of Tajโs as well and how good was it to see Riv And LJ drop in to Woeys house to welcome Taj into the fold. just to add my 2 cents worth Peter Jackson and Paul Roos bought us the much needed time and respect in the football world to commence a complete rebuild of our mighty football club. Look at us now.!!!
