    Yep throw an offer too good to refuse! Tough hard at it midfielder that would add alot to our side. Put watts for a trade option aswell.

    Wtf is with this thread?? If it wasnt for the two expansion clubs we would have only one win from the last 33 games. That is a disgraceful record. Dont care what anyone says cut our losses at years end and just part ways with him. We are getting thumped 90 plus points every week, we are losing supporters, losing money the list goes on. Im sure Neeld is a nice bloke but jeez cant coach to save his life.

    I was gutted.. i first supported melvourne in 1998 so to me i was only ever use to Daniher and seeing him walk off like he did that night brought a great deal of sadness to me.

    Yep forgot to say Clarkson did say he was gobsmacked that the ND wasnt still in the coaching caper.. think he is still one of the best coachthats not coaching. Rates him very highly. Just one thing though i dont remember Clarkson playing under ND anyway? happy to be corrected.

    I must be the only one that sees this as a big positive but people carry on here mclardy aint tough enough doesn't sell the club etc. We are.deliousonal if we do not go after him hard. Very out spoken and is like Eddie in how he sells the club. Turned hawks into a powerhouse and is as passionate as they come. Couldnt see it happening though.

    Question has to be asked. Would you all welcome back the idea of the Rev being the coach again? made melboirne a good side to watch, good finals record, took us to a grand final wih a young team and hardly no recources and no money. Was a pretty passionate coach i still remember him flying down the stands against the dogs celebrating like he won a granny lol. Thoughts?

    I think the meeting has been moved back to 12 noon. And I highly doubt that they would sack Mark Neeld and have Don Mclardy resign as the same time..

    This might sound weird but I found more positives in todays game then GWS. I thought we ran and attacked really hard and tried to take the game on. Or disposal was poor but I like the dash and run. I noticed we played through the corridor more and this is why at times we looked alright. That's why I don't understand why Neeld didn't just stick with the game plan but tinker it a bit. I thought Rodan was quite good. helped Jonesy out a fair bit and took the game on. Kent looked really good and has a big body. Fitzy was good aswell, and leave him in the side for next 5 weeks like they did with Gawn and see what he has. Add Sylvia, Viney, Grimes, Clark, Magner in today and I reckoned results would have been a lot different

    Hmm dont know about that. I reckon when Barassi came back supporters went i to meltdown and though he was the next messiah that would deliver them another flag. So i another words i think thats a pretty stupid statement.

    Damian Barratt just said Melbourne have made the decision and Mark Neeld will be sacked tmorrow.
