Good sub choice. Windsor was incredibly poor last week as a defender and lost Butler defensively way too easily. Statement made. But.. maybe the coaches need to take some flack for this because Windsor isn't a defender and should be playing the role he was drafted as and that's a outside winger. Leave him there and let him develop.

Love having my namesake Aaron Davey back at the footy club of late. Done some amazing things for Cairns Lions as a coach and even took them to a flag of recent.

If we can stay competitive, kick accurately and remain in touch going into the last quarter then anything can happen. Their forward line is the big worry for me. Good blend of talls and smalls that can do some serious damage if let off thr chain easily. Elliott is in a rich vein of form. Go Dees.

That's interesting. He is actually someone who is got a very good strike rate and one of the more respected journo's going around for the folks out there that have zero trust in journalists.

Petty is the big bodied experience up forward that we need regardless of what others may think he adds as a forward. Take him out and Jefferson or JVR get a Darcy Moore. Jefferson is years away from taking the number 1 defender on and JVR struggles as being the number one key forward. Petty is important for our forward structure.

As much as I don't mind the selections I shudder to think if Lever gets into one on one against either Mihocek or McStay. Hes a real liability down back and i feel we've dropped the ball on this one with McDonald not in. JVR was always going to get the nod purely on being able to ruck. Let's get him back into form now! Tholstrup just needs more exposed form and experience. If he is going to be an important part of our talent moving forward then let's get games into him. Howes has actually been dominating at Casey. Reward for form. Collingwoods forward line is elite. He could take either Elliot or Hill. Would have loved to have found a spot for Jefferson but who do you take out in return?

Missing Jefferson, JVR and AJ. The talls up forward are completely non existent in Fullarton and Ireland. Mitch Hardie needs to come under serious consideration for a rookie spot next year.

Like Will Varrell work so far. His around the ground stuff has been good.
