Well he actually didn't.. If you'd had watched some of the Casey games last year like i did, you would know that Bedford spent major of his time as a forward pocket. In those games Baker, Stretch and JKH were our lock in wingers at VFL level last year.

I'd strongly consider moving Melksham to the VFL and leaving him there for good. He's cooked.

That's if he's on our list. Uncontracted and no certain to get a new deal at all. Plays 1 good game out of 5 and is very inconsistent. Can't continue to carry blokes who barely get a touch for 3 quarters.

Weird that he would ring his manager straight after a win and knowing that he could also potentially play finals the following week.... like let's be honest? Why would a players first instinct is to immediately call his manager couple of hours after a win? I would think in a competition sport your emotions are quite high with positivity and celebration, not to look at assessing your options, especially when finals are still in reach. I'm not questioning you @goodwindees, but I just question the seriousness of the story.

Bont doesn't play half forward. Reward the guys that actually do the job in the front half. Gunston, Papley and Butler are much worthy then bent on the half forward. Team selection is corrupt.

Both Dangerfield and Bont named at half forwards.. Dangerfield = 11 goals Bont = 11 goals. Meanwhile true forward specialists players in Papley and Butler miss out... Papley = 26 goals. Butler = 27 goals. Worst AA side ever!

A brilliant person was Jack. Just ironic that the past 3 years we've been screaming for someone who can hit up our forwards and Jack did it best. I think what's getting lost is that Jack played 174 career games and did not taste any finals. Charlie Spargo in his first year played 3. All the best Jack, you're bloody legend.

Its actually laughable he finished ahead of Ed Langdon and as high as 3rd. Langdon had a much more productive and team orientated year then Viney.
