  1. Ha.. I feel you brother 🥶
  2. Moon boots hold the ankle in a neutral position, 90 degrees to the leg. The boots immobilise foot joints and reduce pressure on the bones, ligaments and tendons of the foot and ankle while still allowing for a relatively normal walking gait. Most people usually find that the moon boot can drastically reduce pain. It can help them get around without limping or the use of crutches It provides less stress on bones and ligaments then it would trying to limp around on without one.
  3. Some long nights with his foot in a bucket of ice. Have badly sprained my ankle from footy before and I think I was in more pain putting my foot in the bucket then thr actual injury! Did the job but..
  4. Well this makes sense then.
  5. So let me get this straight..? journo's can find out first about the Fritsch news being in a moonboot before his own parents?? Find that really strange.
  6. Viney and Petracca
  7. Moore will come in for Frampton which then leaves JVR to take their next best defender and that's Jeremy Howe.. What a gold match up! Howe hates body contact and prefers to sit off and fly for a mark. I'd back JVR to easily put body Howe in a one on one contest.
  8. It's about him taking the number 1 defender to release JVR and Fritta. JVR was playing on Sydney's best defender in Tom McCartin and I think it's fair to say Van Rooyen would have learnt a big lesson. McCartin is a gun defender and I think Tmac coming in to take their best defender has a positive domino effect on Rooey and Fritsch.
  9. Yep. I saw a huge shift in the way Goody coached and if there was a game I could pin point where it all started I would say it's the Brisbane game. From there on, we got challenged in each and every game and yet we were able to rise above and beat those teams. Something we struggled with last year in the back half. The other shift has been our defensive system and contest game. Our defensive status is back to being number 1 again in most areas as it was back in 2021. We're number 1 for contested footy and history will say that if you have these fundamental in perfect shape come September then you have one hand on the premiership cup already.
  10. Was barely ever named emergency as well. Seriously rotten luck for poor Lukey. I too agree that he should have been rewarded for form over the likes of James Harmes who completely stunk it up everytime he was given an opportunity. He'll obviously be delisted, so all the best for Luke.
  11. Again, fixing the typo from On The Couch then those numbers right there are key premiership credentials. Our game is in as good as spot as it has been since 2021, which is why I genuinely think we'll win the flag this year if we can overcome Collingwood, which I know we will.
  12. No didn't say mate, but did some research myself and according to @WheeloRatings we are actually 1st? Crows are second.
  13. I still have recovered from 2005 when Russell Robertson 76 goals a season got snubbed for Brad [censored] Johnson's 42 goals. Gerard Healy can EAD for that.
  14. All signs of a premiership team right there. The numbers are eerily similar to 2021.
  15. Precautionary scan.
  16. Well done Jack and Trac. 17. 100% I would target. Actually surprised we haven't been mentioned as a club of interest considering we did back in his under 18's year. Hopefully we're in the hunt.
