  2. I always envied Hawthorn supporters who were able to witness the pure magic of Rioli for many years…. but no longer.

  5. DESTINY
  6. No I didn’t . If he played well I acknowledged it. I don’t play favourites.
  7. Deleted by 2 clubs and not retained by a third.
  8. My criticisms were proved justified
  9. I don’t hold grudges
  10. Is there any accompanying certificate that confirms whether it’s genuine and what condition is it in?
  11. Fwiw I actually sell AFL premiership memorabilia, including the framed HeraldSun poster. I pledge to give a significant discount to all Demonlanders upon our victory, and of course an attractive financial thank you to the administrators here. When we win I’ll put up some images of available product.
  12. Gawn - dominated when necessary Viney - importantly found form Neal-Bullen -season best game Petracca - dynamic high achiever Oliver - continued Brownlow form Brayshaw - season best game Langdon - four consistent quarters Fritsch - mercurial and important Sparrow - impressive tagging performance Brown - provided solid target Salem - was rarely flustered Harmes - played important role Lever - steady and safe Spargo - not his best Rivers - calm and composed May - dominated his opponent Jackson - had a presence Pickett - couldn’t get involved Petty - the quiet enforcer Bowey - continued to impress McDonald - another disappointing performance Smith - was not disgraced
  13. Gawn - deserved the honour Oliver - sealed the Brownlow Salem - was surprisingly fumbly Viney - tried but lacking Petracca - not as dominant May - met his match Harmes - prolific and aggressive Brayshaw - important last quarter Pickett - had mercurial moments Lever - outstanding last quarter Sparrow - some important touches Langdon - impressive first half Neal-Bullen - couldn’t get involved Spargo - played his part Brown - always provided target Fritsch - noticed by absence Rivers - was rarely sighted Bowey - performance defied inexperience Smith - hard to define Petty - was rarely sighted Jackson - season worst performance McDonald - was embarrassingly ineffective
  14. Gawn - dominated when required Fritsch - amazing second half Brown - one quarter performance Petracca - lacked usual drive Jackson - great youthful energy Pickett - little involvement again Spargo - better forward pressure Melksham - far from convincing Harmes - had limited presence Oliver - surprisingly didn’t dominate Salem - the consummate professional Lever - intercepted at will Brayshaw - disappointingly quiet game Hibberd - safe but limited Langdon - pleasingly found form Bowey - safe and mature Jordon - had limited involvement Rivers - presence and endeavour Neal-Bullen - prefers the wet Sparrow - just a game Petty - just broke even Smith - probably surprised everyone
  15. Perhaps he can be given the task of presenting the trophy on Grand Final Day when we win it
  16. Gawn - held his own Brown - an important component Neal-Bullen - excelled in conditions Melksham - some important cameos Harmes - enjoyed the rain Petracca - excelled and inspiring Pickett - couldn’t get involved Jordon - a calm head Rivers - returned to form Fritsch - had little influence May - so reliable again Salem - steady and safe Jackson - career best game Lever - leadership and steadiness Spargo - was rarely sighted Brayshaw - had limited involvement Oliver - inside bull again Langdon - didn’t enjoy conditions Bowey - showed good signs vandenBerg - aggression often misplaced Sparrow - far from convincing Petty - safe and reliable Hunt - unsighted before injury
  17. Petracca - dynamic and prolific Oliver - outstanding first half Gawn - tried when required Harmes - prolific but wasteful Jackson - impressive first half Neal-Bullen - grunt was important Brown - rewarded for effort McDonald - quietish before injury Brayshaw - impressive gut running Pickett - some cameos only Fritsch - had limited involvement Hunt - run was important Rivers - was rarely required Sparrow - tough but limited Viney - great tagging role Lever - was impassable again May - destroyed his opponent Salem - efficient but quiet Spargo - had limited involvement Langdon - another quiet game Bowey - a promising debut
  18. Gawn - dominated centre again Pickett - needed more involvement Brown - showed some signs Fritsch - had little influence Viney - game has passed Petracca - prolific but uninspiring McDonald - was rarely sighted Oliver - incredible first half Hunt - just a game Neal-Bullen - prolific but ineffective May - playing under duress Salem - couldn’t get involved Harmes - not a tagger Jackson - hardly noticed again Lever - solid 4 quarters Spargo - went missing again Brayshaw - loose and limited Hibberd - little to commend Langdon - energy was missing Jordon - was he playing? Rivers - hit the wall Petty - was rarely noticed
  19. Viney was given votes in The Age as equal second best on the field against Hawthorn ?
  20. Things are becoming more convoluted by the hour for the AFL and the continuation of the competition must be regarded as in jeopardy. In a worst case scenario and the season had to be terminated now, if the AFL awarded the premiership to the top of the ladder team, would you accept it?
  21. Oliver - Hollywood Olly returns Viney - selfish and wasteful Gawn - tried but unconvincing Petracca - failed important moments Salem - not as dominant Fritsch - took his chances Brayshaw - regularly butchered disposals Langdon - couldn’t hurt opponents Jordon - was rarely sighted Hibberd - never looked controlled Lever - safe without dominance Pickett - needed more involvement Neal-Bullen - retention not justified Spargo - great first quarter Hunt - successfully provided run vandenBerg - a momentum killer Brown - had little effect Rivers - has lost impact McDonald - was almost unsighted May - safe and reliable Petty - continued to impress Jackson - just a game
  22. Say ahhhh
  23. I’m not crying about it but I think Wines was pretty unlucky not to get a vote from his own coach
