  1. Viney - amazing all game May - superlative in defense Jackson - outstanding after first Petracca - important when needed Sparrow - excellent tagging game Harmes - great first half Fritsch - deadly around goals Weideman - was not disgraced Bedford - some party tricks Brayshaw - impassable all game Lever - perfect defender’s game Oliver - prolific and important Jordon - made excellent decisions Neal-Bullen - some important tackles Hibberd - disposed of Cameron Salem - was rarely required Spargo - pressure was better Pickett - Some breathtaking involvement Brown - provided regular contests Bowey - quiet but classy Langdon - will get better Petty - gave opponent nothing
  2. Gawn -played under duress Viney - disposal was haphazard Brayshaw - great third quarter Salem - still finding feet Lever - played without conviction Bowey - schoolboy footballer again Turner - limited before injury Petty - was obviously hampered Hibberd - not the answer Oliver - prolific but harmless Petracca - lost his edge Langdon - had limited involvement Harmes - all or nothing B Brown - North was right Jordon - disposal couldn’t hurt Neal- Bullen - disposal was amateurish Jackson - couldn’t take control Spargo - was never dangerous Sparrow - tried but limited Pickett - one noteworthy involvement Fritsch - delivery didn’t help M. Brown - opponents licked lips
  3. He’s been separated from his ‘incredibly close/inseparable’ brothers for nearly 3 years!🙄
  4. Ridiculous response. Our key forwards are ALL underperforming and have been given more than enough opportunities to show they’re up to it. They’re NOT!!
  5. Under the circumstances, and with May returning to solidify the defense, we know what we’ll get from Harrison, and placing him at centre half forward seems the only viable solution at the moment to our underperforming forward line.
  6. Who pays for the banner?
  7. Gawn -our only winner Viney - old habits again Petracca - McCartin was better Oliver - many irrelevant possessions Brayshaw - loose, seemingly passionless Salem - excellent under circumstances Jordon - sound four quarters Langdon - was obviously restricted Jackson - overrated and underperforming Neal-Bullen - had little influence Bowey - reality has hit Harmes - a nothing game M Brown - not the panacea Spargo - had little involvement Fritsch - took most chances Lever - nothing without May Tomlinson - was surprisingly poor Sparrow - career worst performance Petty - others should follow Pickett - another poor effort B Brown - can’t be retained Hunt - Hibberd must replace
  8. [censored]
  9. Unless Trac and Oliver pull their fingers out we’re stuffed
  10. I was almost murdered by Collingwood supporters after I dared to shout out ‘Tarquin, get a real name’ , in response to one of their players by that name getting the ball😳, but I hate Carlton supporters… just because they’re Carlton supporters
  11. Gawn - involved too late Viney - disappeared second half Petracca - career worst game Oliver - amazing first half Brayshaw - tried but unsuccessful Bowey - record has ended Jordon - kept at it Pickett - only dangerous forward Jackson - another poor game Spargo - had little involvement Lever - overwhelmed and irrelevant Neal-Bullen- some minor touches Sparrow - had no influence Bedford - 5 minute game Dunstan - instilled no confidence Fritsch - 5 minute game Rivers - loose and wayward Hunt - was embarrassingly amateurish Weidemann - never looked likely Brown - was thoroughly destroyed Petty - tried but limited Melksham - goodbye and farewell May - still our best
  12. Weid’s 4th last opportunity to seal his position
  13. Gawn - dominated when required Oliver - top Brownlow votes Petracca - good not great Brayshaw - a liability early Sparrow - assumed Viney’s role Fritsch - quiet but classy Jackson - successfully performed role McDonald - our best forward Lever - back to impenetrable Dunstan - excellent first half May - showed who’s boss Jordon - a reliable connector Neal-Bullen - was rarely sighted Pickett - did just enough Spargo - ultimate team man Bedford - speed was impressive Bowey - uncharacteristically quiet game Rivers - tough and reliable Melksham - had little involvement Petty - very quiet game Brown - couldn’t assert himself Langdon - please return quickly Hunt - was rarely required
  14. We were about 20 goals up in the last quarter of the granny and the forwards were celebrating yet another match sealing goal, when ANB came running in and seemingly admonished the players that the job wasn’t done yet. Respectfully, they immediately focused back on the job at hand. Now THAT’S the mark of a leader!
  15. Significantly he’s taking first options more often than not now, and seems to be happy playing in the shadows of Trac and Ollie. All credit to him for an incredibly mature response to losing the captaincy and becoming more of a team player. Hopefully the media will eventually take note.
  16. And for exactly that reason it’s hard to justify matching other teams’ exorbitant offers to him
  17. Gawn - surprisingly didn’t dominate Viney - gutsy and dominant Petracca - impressive not outstanding Jordon - career best performance Brayshaw - continued stellar season Oliver - important but flawed Langdon - reliable as always Neal-Bullen - grunt and selfless McDonald - our best forward Pickett - quality and dangerous Jackson - played role effectively May - regularly took charge Fritsch - took his chances Sparrow - effective bit player Spargo - just some cameos Rivers - tight and steady Bowey - just so reliable Lever - comfortably restricted opponents Harmes - often lacked poise Hunt - continued his resurgence Petty - surprisingly average performance Brown - seemingly without conviction Chandler - left his mark
  18. JVR bears a remarkable resemblance to The Ox at the same age, both physically and skill-wise. We’ve got a beauty here
  19. Gawn - seemingly on holiday Brayshaw - prolific and brave Langdon - back to elite Oliver - 4 outstanding quarters Petracca - always looked dangerous Harmes - tough in close Spsrrow - used ball well Neal-Bullen - some important possessions McDonald - excellent first half Viney - excellent tagging game Pickett - exciting in bursts Spargo - excellent in bursts Brown - an effective target Lever - not always convincing Petty - confident and important Bowey - the tradition continues Jordan - excellent ball user May - almost perfect performance Hunt - quiet but effective Jackson - was rarely noticed Rivers - mopped up well Fritsch - continued quiet season
  20. Gawn - prolific as expected Oliver - everything seemed rushed Petracca - better second half Brayshaw - some important intercepts Viney - strong first half Jordon - not his best Brown - always a presence Bowey - cool under pressure Harmes - tough but flawed May - was surprisingly fumbly McDonald - did just enough Rivers - rarely imbued confidence Melksham - didn’t justify selection Dunstan - experience paid dividends Lever - seemingly under duress Bedford - some exciting involvement Weideman - played role adequately Spargo - rarely showed out Fritsch - another nothing game Langdon - hopefully not infected Hunt - excellent first quarter Smith - had limited impact Chandler - some late touches
  21. Gawn - continued his dominance Oliver - slow then prolific Langdon - never stopped running Sparrow - tough and reliable Bowey - wonderful second half Brayshaw - some important interceptions Rivers - solid and smart Neal- Bullen - better second half May - gotta love him Petracca - not as dominant Harmes - some useful involvement Dunstan - important tagging success Petty - tight and reliable Jordan - a quiet achiever Fritsch - ten minute game Spargo - possessions were important Hunt - a steady presence Jackson - just a game Brown - needed the run Weideman - lucky number three Pickett - did just enough Smith - courageous but iffy
  22. Obviously no comparison on ability ( yet ) but he bears a very strong resemblance to a young David Schwartz
  23. Emergency for seniors in event of last minute injury
  24. Gawn - perfect captain’s performance May - perfect backman’s performance Oliver - prolific when required Petracca - class and poise Viney - excellent connecting game Spargo - always looked dangerous Harmes - tough and influential Langdon - tireless running game Fritsch - took his chances Brayshaw - great second half Bowey - continues to impress Jordon - effective without fuss Jackson- creative on baller Neal-Bullen - impressive last quarter Sparrow - took his chances Rivers - safe and composed Pickett - the excitement returns Hunt - performed as required McDonald - an improved performance Weidemann - contested but limited Lever - was rarely required Petty - an exciting return
  25. Did enough, unimpressively
