Feel like most people said the same thing last year and we went out in straight sets, the early season form tells me we don’t have what it takes vs the best and will just be making up the numbers come finals. This could be partly address if we didn’t muck round trying to play a fwd line primarily lead by a rookie, a backman and a ruck.

The luck been tigers aren’t a finals level team and are presently in the bottom 4. Tigers of only a few years back would have put us on our backside. We have lost 2 of 3 games against the present top 8

Hibbo is done unless injures dictate he plays, he gets beaten way to often these days and has lost a step, I counted his direct opponents kicking 4 goals tonight possibly more Tmac or Brown needs to always play to assist Vanrooyen, a forward line consisting of him Petty and resting ruck won’t work against any sides come finals. All in all we just got lucky tigers aren’t the team they were.

Don’t quite understand that logic, we are playing tall forwards made up of 2nd year player in van rooyen, a resting ruck and a unproven key back swinging fwd. All over a dedicated key fwd who kicked 4 goals only 2 games ago. Sure Tmac isn’t the bees knees but that lineup is asking for trouble.

Not to many players who can hold there head up after than game. 2 times in 5 games not a good sign. All we can do is hold onto the hope that it’s a long year and it’s not about what happens now but in September
