Carlton offered a very good deal. GC have academy kids coming through and future 2nd and 3rd is worth pick 13. The issue is that AFL has given GC these extra picks and concessions, so they didn’t accept Carlton’s offer. Stupid by GC.

So they way I see it, we win the flag in 2020 and with all the academy and father sons next year we are trading pick 26 in 2020, 26 and 50 this year for pick 8. Bloody good deal

3 and 8 are pretty good picks

There is small and then there is small.

Size wise I think he will play forward initially and then move into the middle. A better prospect than Weightman. i actually hope we take Young at 3, I think he will be the best of the bunch.

I think he coached for a bit also after Phil Walsh. Melbourne seems to have really reduced the amount of assistant coaches, which seems odd. I do know they were after John Barker but he ended up staying at Carlton, it’s strange they are still not looking for another one.

Definitely not Burton. I have heard he is terrible.
