You must not have done much damage. I did my MCL chasing the dog around the backyard. Could not walk for three days. Ice and anti-inflammatory tablets for one full week. three weeks before I could do non-load bearing exercises, eg bike riding. Then one more week before straight line exercises, eg running. Then one more week before I could go back to sport. Even then when I had my knee bent for prolonged times the ligament would still be stiff and sore when i walked after the knee had been bent. 9 - 10 weeks down the track and I am now fully healed. But first thing get an MRI to determine the damage then see physio or osteo for treatment.

I reckon the Toump as well, once Picket Fence gets off his back.

If I had a shot on goal, directly in front, 20m out to win a grand final against Essendon and he was on the mark. It would take me a lot of effort to kick the goal to win the flag then to boot the footy right in his face.

I realise this. he as had some very good information on this forum before. Just what a little taste of what he knows.

I thought one of them played school footy with Salem and Kelly and at that level he was as good if not better then the other 2. Salem and Kelly just developed a bit quicker.

Looking at the Saints vs Essendope stats. The clearances were 39 to 34 Saints way. Agree with other posters that we don't need two ruckman, just run. Heppell got 30+ possessions, so put Viney or Vince on him and I reckon we are half way to winning the game.

AFL wont be forced to make a decision until they consult the Crow's player and determine what the players feel like doing.
