Nev got a decent belt from Dawes at training post Xmas, then he has had a couple of head knocks, he has only really failed the concussion test once, but they are concerned and rightly so, they are monitoring on a daily basis, including I believe a couple of scans, with the Roh Bail and Viney issues in the past, they have a good handle on it now, they sat him down because of the prior head knock last game

We got smashed in the midfield, simple Pedersen, Garlett, McDonald and Grimes (who blanketed Ballantyne) and Brayshaw all gave a yelp all game, the 4th quarter can be added to the 2 against GWS

He was in the hands of the physios a couple at times at training, still finished the session strongly, but obviously overnight it has gone bad again, not worth the risk

It was on the Marngrook footy show, I watch that instead of the other drivel, he was interviewed in Alice Springs, playing with the NT Thunder in NEAFL and working at a college. Also it was stated that MFC is still supporting him, and providing advice on diet and training regimen (this was interviewer who said that not Dom) I put this at the time, because Dom wasn't initiated, he was regarded as a child still, he needed to go home and reconnect with his people, that done, and bravo for the club for sticking by him, he wants another crack, when he left, the club stated he would be welcomed back
