Great to see footy back. I've missed it. Good win great first quarter but still plenty of work to do. Zanker will be the best midfielder in the comp by the end of the year she is just so damaging, when Zanker plays well so do Melbourne. I thought the forward line functioned well even though they only kicked 6 goals Harris, Daisy and Hore all very dangerous. Caris is still well and truly in development mode ATM not up to it at this stage but the game will do her the world of good must be replaced by McNamara next week. Who goes out for Goldrick is a good problem to have. Fitzsimmon or West will be the unlucky ones.

Great work again, but gee is Watts rated too high? I think every player there is better than him except Grimes who is also too high should be in the 90's. Walsh not in the top 100? Thought he was better than both Trengove and Grimes. Mind you every player who played before '88 I never saw play so I'm just taking your word for it with those players.

Love these threads. Thought Rigoni was a bit too low he was a gun until he done his back. A better player than Trengove, Nicholson, Tyson and McLean. McLean far too high. Had a good finals series in 2006 and that's about it was stuffed after he did his ankle. Other than that great job.

It will be interesting to see who gets the gig Dunstan or Sparrow. You know what you get with Dunstan. Sparrow is still developing.

I really think Troy was ready to be a great footballer before he tragically lost his life. He could could play tall or small and was pretty quick. GONE TOO SOON.

It's baffling that Weid signed on. Would get more opportunity elsewhere. I don't think McDonald will be dropped anytime soon, the Weid is depth for 2 years.

Next year’s draft is supposed to be a tall draft so hopefully we can find a ruckman then

I think Hannam is best 22 Ugle-Hagan is a tall he will probably have plenty of chances with Bruce out for a while but probably no room for him if Naughton and Bruce are both playing
