Pick 23 is far too high for Frost. What has he done? We already have 3 tall backs, 4 would make our backline far too tall. Who makes way for him?

How many key defenders do you want? We already have Dunn, Garland, McDonald and probably Frost. We need a key forward and midfielders, we don't need a skinny defender that's done his knee.

Garlett couldn't get a kick in the VFL this year. I don't think we should be overrating him.

Have faith in Taylor. He's not Barry "I don't want to watch games of football in case I make a mistake" Prendergast. I don't understand why people think St.Kilda desperately need McCartin but we don't? Dawes kicked only 20 goals and Frawley has left, we need a key forward. We were very lucky to get Tyson, if he wasn't always injured we probably never would have got him. Chances of being that lucky again would be remote.

Where is the 4 years at $450k coming from? In haven't seen it anywhere, was it on Footy Classified? It doesn't make sense the Hawks have the money and why wouldn't they be giving him 5 years like the rest have?

What does he need to get to get band 1?

Why will Frawley only get a 4 year deal at 450k? Are they already trying to fit Jones into the cap for 2016? We won't get any special circumstance pick from AFL.

Injuries aren't his problem, he had 1 and a bit years when he was injury prone the rest have been relatively injury free. The problem with him is he can't find the ball, even at his best he averaged just 16 disposals and his last 2 years he's averaged just 12 and 14 disposals. Unfortunately this will probably be the best deal we can get so Clark has screwed us again. Clark for Lumumba was definitely a better deal. We move Grimes into the middle and Varcoe goes to half back and becomes the next Gary Rohan.

The Hawks have Bruce, Yze and Cheney at the club, it's not as if he won't know anybody there. Frawley is known as a poor decision maker if he goes to Geelong it would be another poor decision.

St.Kilda will go for best available. They have a woeful midfield as well so they will pick Petracca unless McCartin or Wright put on freakishly, sensational displays at the draft combine. If I was GWS I would be wanting more than pick 1 for him.

a) Why do they want to leave? b) What do we give them? Is pick 2 and 3 too much? It will have to be a better deal than the one landed us Tyson because they are proven quality players.

You would have to give picks 2 and 3 for Cameron at the very least and Petracca will go pick 1.

They might go for Dangerfield considering they don't have a salary cap it's not out of the question.

I don't know about that. The Swans looked awfully slow today which is a big reason why Mitchell isn't getting a game.

We were (and still are) crying out for running half back\wingman and we bypassed 3 of them in Atley, Brodie Smith and Isaac Smith for a skinny, slow third tall with mental problems. Amazingly stupid recruiting.

Lynch was pick 11, just before Cook at 12.

We should have already had him (or the Smith's) but we made the recruiting blunder of the century by picking up Cook. That [censored] Prendergast should be charged for bringing the game into disrepute with his drafting.

Why is Lumumba past his best but Clark isn't considering they are the same age and Clark has hardly played for 3 years? I think it would be a fair straight swap. At least Lumumba has a proven record of staying on the park unlike Clark.

I don't think that means much. If we have another poor season I can't think of a reason why he would stay, he wants success.

Frawley will go to Hawthorn. They are a better side and they have the money to splash around with the loss of Buddy. If Jones leaves I expect he'll go to Hawthorn as well. The AFL will change the rules if that happens as we will be in serious trouble if Jones leaves.

Geelong are fading. Hawthorn are the team we should be worried about.

Beams is good but he's not that good. Pick 4 should be enough. Usual Collingwood just wait for a round 7 pick for Clark and they will demand pick 2 for Lumumba.

Dangerfield is going to Melbourne. Andrew Jarman told me himself so it's a done deal.
