Rolling Weekly Best 23
I agree with you. Sparrow was extraordinarily poor in the last match v Collingwood. Seriously, we would have won but for a couple of his efforts. Sparrow should now be a major player within the club, he has had heaps of games but IMV he has not progressed one bit since 2021. If Culley were fit I doubt Sparrow gets a game

I would have let him go. He was bloody awful v Magpies. Has stagnated

This is more like it. Those who are selecting a team without May at FB are deluded!

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 14th January 2026
For Heavens’ Sake!!!!! If we are to go anywhere this year we need these two playing every match, or as many as injuries don’t prevent

- Realistic 23 for 2026
Surprised that no one selects Tom MCD who, IMV was our best defender in 2025. Lever will have to improve a lot to be better than Tom. And I think Petty will still play forward . Mihocek is certainly not a CHF and Van Rooyen has shown nothing to suggest he is .- Welcome to Demonland: Jack Steele

Can’t believe this ! Salem had a great season- Hypocritical Collingwood supporters calling out booing of Quaynor
I thought the booing was a disgrace. Ended up supporting the Pies! So pleased Quaynor played brilliantly- CASEY: Elimination Final vs Williamstown
Always on Hff, never on ball- CASEY: Elimination Final vs Williamstown
Fullerton?- Training Ground?
IMV it’s a no-brainer .we can be at Waverley next year. Caulfield in 5. Go to W now, even if it turns out to be temporary. All set up, great facilities NOW whilst we sort out issues at Caulfield. Personally I doubt we can. Ever heard of VCAT.- CASEY: Elimination Final vs Williamstown
Fullerton has been great at CHB for the last 6 weeks. B o G twice. Definitely retain him another year. Our key defensive ranks are thin- CASEY: Elimination Final vs Williamstown
I disagree. He has never had a run in midfield in ones. He has attributes Sparrow hasnt. He deserves a go next season.- POSTGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
Most metres gained. His effort in q4 was extraordinary. Wrestling the ball out of the centre. Started the chain of handballs leading to our only goal ( which he kicked) Do me a favour, watch the last quarter again, concentrating on Tracc and Sparrow. Perhaps Sparrow has lost confidence but his q4 was appalling- POSTGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
Petracca, Melbourne’s best tonight.- POSTGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
I’m struggling to understand the vitriol towards Petracca . Watch the last quarter again, he was by far our best player. The idea that he could have saved the faulty May kick is ludicrous. Watch it again , it was 5m short of where intended- CASEY: Rd 21 vs Box Hill Hawks
Fullerton has now played well three times in a row. Named as our best the previous two weeks. Will be interesting watching him in finals- CASEY: Rd 21 vs Box Hill Hawks
Well I disagree Old Dee. In the firsts Laurie has barely been given a run on the ball. Always on the forward line. Whenever I’ve watched Casey( not often) he has pretty much dominated as an on baller.- CASEY: Rd 21 vs Box Hill Hawks
I see Fullarton at CHB . He was named as our best last match in a strong win. Who’s been watching ? Is Fullerton any chance as a key defender ?- The List Manager Tim Lamb
I see Fullarton was named as our best in the last Casey match, yet not mentioned in goal kickers . So, are they trying him in defence ? Athletic type, might he have a future at CHB?- VOTES: Rd 22 vs Western Bulldogs

Give Tholstrup a decent preseason before thinking of moving him- POSTGAME: Rd 22 vs Western Bulldogs
Agreed. He was badly beaten by Oskar, but fought back v well. - Realistic 23 for 2026
