Humphrey signed a 5 year deal, but they keep adding top end talent through their academy and I could see him dropping out of their best 22. Fiorini could be a decent depth option and obviously Lukosius is another, but he may want to go back to Adelaide

He had a bad game, but the players all got around him early in the last quarter when he did some good things.

While I agree it’s taken Petty a long time to get going, he has looked pretty good these last 6 weeks or so. Re Jefferson, you still need depth and developing players on your list and who knows, if he has a massive pre season and is ready next year we may want to get him in and move petty back.

7 month syndemosis? Seems extreme

He’s kicked bags on numerous occasions, so I don’t think this is completely accurate. But he’s not ready for afl level yet.

I think today showed Jeffo isn’t quite ready for AFL, but he’s made great progress this year. He really needs to go away and put on size in the off season and continue building his tank. It will be up to him to do this though given the time off.

We all know that is no longer wanted in the game and for good reason, there are law suits that will cost millions and players are having to retire early such as our hero Gus. You just need to get with the times, if there’s no need for the contact then it shouldn’t occur.
