Good points and it’s a great midfield already. But I do think Cerra would make us better. The midfield group (not just the centre bounce mids) needs more class outside run and elite kicking skills. He could spend time on the wing/HF/HB. When viney and Harmes are too old he’ll be in his prime and go in the middle full time

That swarmy smile from Selwood was a give away. they have been dismissing the round 23 choke from them as not mattering as they were already in the top 4 - even though they go smashed by Port away. and they have not acknowledged the loss to Port either. Unusual to hear a captain talk like this. Although I like his directness, I think such detailed responses on player selection should be left to the Coaches. Not like Max is on the selection committee. Max should not be giving more information than the head coach imo If my captain was questioning whether I could "stand up" like a kid who debuted this year, I'd be [censored] as a former captain and 300 gamer.
