Just on the radio over here in the west, Karl Langdon said he spoke with Glen Bartlett at a function last night who stated Hogan will not be traded under any circumstances. There was a bit more said but mostly stuff we've heard. Hogan is loving Melbourne, his girlfriend is from Melbourne etc.

He did mention Rioli looks "interested" so I suppose that counts for someone. Rohan kicked a nice goal for the Swans and Bruce felt the need to drop Rioli's name again stating "There's a bit of Rioli in Rohan." You could hear the jealously in his voice. Its a 50/50 game at the moment, I'm not sure why but Pannell was a late our for the Hawks.

I like that we no longer bring in young who aren't ready. We now have some depth and our younger kids are learning the game and coming in with some size. White is a good example. I thought he was very good in only his second game. No deer in headlights moments.

About six weeks ago when he first claimed the same thing he alluded to it being inside knowledge. Today he added that Hogan won't be coming home at any stage. He thinks Melbourne will be able to offer the same amount of money as Fremantle, that Fremantle are a mess and the go home factor so he can surf with his mates is a joke. He didn't really add much and it's quite common sense stuff but any talk of him not leaving is good talk.
