I was actually very graceful and dignified in victory, you would have been quite impressed. I kept my celebration low key, similar to below. Confetti, tux, lighting and all. I even paid for some extras to come in and clap me on. On departure from work, I drove down the Main Street of Fremantle with my scarf out the window, the club song playing and verbally abused anyone I could.

Tackling and pressure is what we will need to apply next week if we want to win. Oliver and Wagner to come in. Kennedy and OMac out.

Good on ya Grimesy!

Ben Dixon looks like a cockatoo.

I know it's 1980 in Perth but does Mayne really need to perm his hair.

Lol Taberner..here we go.

Can we rename the thread to "Flanagain" I feel this was a real missed opportunity.

Well, I haven't shaved my arm pits for a while so I'll fit in with the local female population.

I don't think I could handle a loss tonight. I will be at work tonight...in Fremantle...working with Fremantle supporters.

Evidently not.

The Jesse Hogan Panic Room - all contract talk here

Probably because he's contracted for another season after this one. If he hasn't signed by this time next season, I'd except the media and DL will be going nuts. -

So we will or we won't? -
Essendon have offered Hurley a 5 year extension worth between 700-800k per season with allowances for the cap increases. He's on holidays and will apparently decide on whether or not to accept when he returns in 5 weeks.
-
Of course he or any of the other players are going to say they enjoy the trip to Darwin when being interviewed. If we can tighten up the turnovers without losing any speed when moving the ball we will win easily. If Grimes is ever going to get another game it will be this week.

We were absolutely smashed in the Swans game 155-89 tackles.

No need to apologise to me smithy, I completely agree with you, we should drop Hogan and give him a spell in the two's. -

It was more of a statement. -
After a short moment of pondering, I was going to nominate AVB as an out however I believe what is currently letting us down is our tackling. Vanders had 8 which I believe was equal our second best. Oliver in. Stretch out.
-
Oliver in. I'm yet to nominate an out.

Sounds pretty childish to me. I think Roos and Co would be keeping Grimes more in the loop than what we are guessing at is going on.
-
Roos said in a press conference last week that when Grimes comes back in he wants him to stay in. He obviously doesn't want to drop him after a game or two. If he were dropped again, then that would be it for Grimes. Sent to the VFL for a sustained time to find some form and get his confidence up.

I suppose that depends also on how Freo play. I work with a heap of Freo supporters, losing next weeks game isn't an option.

How can you turn it over "time and time again" yet have 90% DE for the game?
