We have no one to bring in to replace Lewis at this stage. Without runners we need someone to assist with setting up the backline an making moves as necessary. Lever or May will take over this role upon their return I imagine.

Yep from watching on TV they can dispose of it how they want whilst being tackled, they also throw it a hell of a lot.

This is what is the most disappointing thing for me. We were building very nicely into a contender and a professional looking team; great sponsors, memberships increasing, talk of new facilities and most of all being taken seriously by the greater football community. Its amazing how much can change in a few months. We’re now back to being a shambles of a club that looks completely unprofessional.

Hence the ‘faux’ in my post.

Sounds like he may have had latent hypoxia. Being an ex-navy diver, I can tell you there’s no benefit to this sort of exercise for professional sports players. It was used more so to put trainees under stress.

It’s not like we have a strong list of players who could have come in. Bar a player debuting, it was always going to be ‘meh’. in hindsight, the club completely overrated the list and got rid of some decent depth. I would have much preferred the inclusions of Bugg, Tyson or Kent.
