Not alcohol related but similar - I was first on scene to a pretty bad traffic accident a few years and was trying to pull the driver out of the car as it was smoking. A lady in an SUV pulled up next to me and I thought I was going to get some help but when I turned around she’d given her phone to her daughter, who was no older than 8, and she begun filming. I haven’t got mine yet but I haven’t re-signed.
