Both teams trades from 21 & 22, out trades flopped , Hunter yeah average, Pies got salary cap relief with Grundy & topped up and have premiership players from their trades. We got sucked in thinking 1 player would simply replace Jackson & fix our fwd issues.

It’s a challenge after winning a flag to trade & improve your list but since 21 who has come in to improve our list Only Hunter has played the most games & honestly he’s kicking is very average, the Grundy disaster saw the pies bring players to improve! Correct, port melb vfl ground is ripe for development same theme song almost same colours … very tricky with our alignment with Casey.. would need to be a standalone but plenty of room. FB will be a new suburb but it’s attached to old port melb that’s the difference…

Club will do an internal review but like all clubs want disclose their findings in detail & it’s only been a week and dare say will take longer than this Bottom line not quiet good enough, it’s a game of inches as per the results, will need new assistance coaches with Yze leaving but others need to move on, change the game plan of how we go forward, fix our field & goal kicking is this linked to our fitness?? list changes & definitely need fwds
