I actually like it when interviewers are in the background and give the interviewee time and space to express themselves properly. More often than not its all about them. Matts questioning style was spot on and helped make the encounter the success it was. Give credit where it's due.

He is a steadying influence down back. We really struggled when he wasn't there through injury. Has the odd stinker but overall very reliable considering how under siege our backline has been in recent years. Will end up playing approx 250 games which is a good effort.

Sean Wight was a very underrated player - probably played in the shadow of the great Jimmy, but he was a superb, athletic defender - very attacking and fantastic to watch.
