Xavier Taylor impressive

Yep as iterated in my report looks very very good! AND as I left early I did notice some good signs and obviously as one of my starting 23 Glad to see it from the young fella!

Some strong stuff by Culley, though he won’t face a match up of Onley in the real stuff.

Taylor was the other standout.

Think we’ll need 2 x Pickett’s to clean things up and provide some defensive pressure.

But the fast ball movement is still great to see even if the execution is a fair way off.

Seems as though the MFC media department has picked up their game, been lots of footage coming through on the socials.

I'm never quite sure what to make of intraclub stuff. Sure , unexpected fumbles are bad and goals from the boundary line are good. But sometimes a player looks bad because an intraclub opponent did something brilliant or conversely an opponent didn't chase hard enough or apply enough pressure making a Casey player look like either Gary Ablett. I'm looking forward to this season and to see how Latrelle, Culley and others who have been talked up actually go. But same as there's food p*rn this possibly is practice match p*rn.

You telling me I shouldn't drop 10K on Jai 'Fyfe Reincarnate' Culley to win the Brownlow!?

Stick to 9k. It wouldn't surprise me if by August even the footy shows have commented on how Culley's trade was a steal. But that's still less than what I feel a few here are expecting. Brownlow would be hilariously extra. 🤣

Who is number 27 on the white team in the footage, hit a lazer pass but I can’t make him out

I think it’s Riley Bonner - think he’s still at Casey and also in some kind of development coach role
