Maybe the term “ no good” could be changed to “ not good enough for AFL”.

I’d go one further and say “Not yet good enough for AFL” bearing in mind the kid’s 18yo. But maybe that’s just me. 🤷‍♀️

Is that relevant to Wada rules?

The club has no doubt watched plenty of SVR. He may even get picked. BBB has recently shown he's valuable back up if fit. This will be his last year, even I've stopped bagging him and the club's handling of his contract. Some on here are like a dog with a bone except even a dog eventually finishes chewing.

 Chinese swimmers?

You’ve answered the question and highlighted what I was saying those swimmers tested positive in 2021 and the findings are being released now

i think it might have even been prior to 2020 because didn't a few of them go on to win medals at last olympics?

I nearly choked on my lukewarm chips and gravy! How are we back talking about drafting SVR again?!

I don’t know? Which was why I asked if there was anyone else we would be looking at?

That was the main swimmer Mack Horton called out but the bulk of the group who were the subject of the article of the article which came out last week were tests from the Chinese qualifiers in Feb 2021 and some of those won medals in the Olympics 6 months later

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
