If any Demonland Trackwatchers are heading down to preseason training this morning we'd love to hear any reports or observations from you including who is training and who is not and who is on a modified program.

They seperate into 2 groups one doing resistance training the other doing jumps and stretches

Now they are dropping back then leading forward
