Featured Replies

Hi all - long time viewer/lurker first time poster.

I am trying to find info about our upcoming match. I think its on Saturday night against Adelaide out at Casey? Does anybody know if tickets are available?  I have searched the usual website etc and can't find much.

Thanks in advance.

Go Dees.

There is none. AAMI series was reduced to 1 game due to border restrictions. Casey plays this weekend so we will have some representation that. Idk when or where that is being played or if we can even go but I doubt it'd be ticketed. They'll likely announce that later today or tomorrow

Thanks for the contribution. Good to know a minor error and a genuine request for clarification has provided such amusement.

The minor error was AAMI's or the AFL's.  Who ever heard of a series with 1 round? Perfectly reasonable to wonder where the rest of the rounds had vanished to.

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
