Has to be Neitz however as i have mentioned previously Schwarz would/may have taken it if his legs stood up.

Schwarz at his best (1994 season)ย probably nudged Neitz at his best.

Remember in 1994 the Ox kicked 9 goals in the final home and away game and then followed up with a dominant weekย 1 final against Carlton. That was the zenith of his career right then and there.

However Neitz had the far better career, is an all time Demon legend and has to win this quarter final.

and what a zenith it was. Losing schwartz remains one of my big demon griefs. Losing Jakovichย and Charles all around the same time was rubbing raw salt into the wound. Has to be the unluckiest period of time with injuries to stars we've ever had

Schwartz could've been our Wayne Carey, once in a generation type player. His knee reco's reduced his overall impact over his career so for me it has to go to Neitz.ย

What a great combo they were though!

(Slightly off topic, I can't work out why we haven't got either of them as kicking coaches at the club. Both of them had awesome technique and penetration on them!)

If you think I'm being over pedantic ... do you like it when people stuff YOUR name up?
