The Dees launched their Father/Son and Father/Daughter Academy today. 

The club had 11 Father Son/Daughter participate. They were:

• Kalani White – son of Jeff White who played 235 games
• Noah Yze – son of Adem Yze who played 271 games
• Charlie and Francesca Newport, whose father Stephen played 101 games
• Kynan and Ryder Brown, whose father Nathan played 146 games
• Jemma and Paige Rigoni, whose father Guy played 107 games
• Tegan and Elise Williams, whose father Andrew played 67 games
• Oliver Green – son of Brad who played 254 games

Any idea how old Noah Yze is, and if he's any good?  If he has any skills like his old man then he'll be a welcome addition to the side in coming years!

We should be chartering a plane to and from WA with Kobe Farmer on it for each session. We'll dump the Darwin game to pay for it.

No Schwarz no Farmer disappointed with that. I thought Farmer was supposed to go to these things?

No idea. Article doesn't say. The girls look like they are a bit older than the boys, so we have a few years to wait yet.

Sadly, one of our potential father/son prospects is Tiernan Stynes who couldn’t bring his father along. I wonder if he’s part of the academy?

I’ve seen him playing basketball against my grandson in under 12 competition. He goes ok but it’s a different game and he has plenty of time to not only develop but chose his sport.

Look out for Kalani White few years.. Kid apparently has the goods to really thrive in a few years time.
