It is indeed worth listening to. I was surprised how far out from draft day they were following Oliver. I got the impression that it all came in a bit of a rush but it seems there was a sound strategy and analysis behind it....

Would recommend a lot of Demonland people listen in to understand the thinking behind the selection of various players and what the club has for them in way of expectations....why KP players are not expected to perform straight away, the difficulty picking rucks, the need for development.
