I'd rather see games given to Dion Johnstone than picking up this guy. We still have Vanders to return hopefully, I wouldn't entertain the thought personally.

He's a contract year footballer, so unless you had him on rolling one year contracts you just wouldn't get the output you want.

At first glance I winced at how harsh this was, until I realised it was true.  He isn't worth our time.

Agreed. 

While he probably won't get a chance for the remainder of this year, I'd really like to see what Dion can provide in the seniors. He's been solid enough in the VFL this year to justify persisting with.

Only if we could trade him for McKenna & Kennedy, and even then I would be uncertain. How many underachieving small forwards does one team need?
