Watch the game and have a look at his impact. I wouldn't have thought it needed saying that its not about disposal numbers. Josh Gibson regularly gets low disposal numbers. Do you think the Hawks would omit him for it? Or Cyril....

We could potentially see an unchanged team on Sunday, it depends on how everyone pulls up after the 6 day break. 

Last time we had a 6 day break Roos say they erred by not changing the team, can't see him not changing it....

True, but the weekend before the players had a nine day break which would pretty similar to having a week's rest so the players shouldn't be nearly as tired this time around.

Agreed.  Also, I thought Hunt was very good in damp conditions vs Hawks.  He thru himself at everything and kept the ball on the ground.  That doesn't count in his stats as he attacked the ball not (tackled) a player.  Think he knows how to play on a damp surface.  Keep him in.

Talking of the Hawks game, hope our guys remember to not bounce the ball - it doesn't bounce on damp surface!  The poor bounce Hogan got in the goal square while comical would have been tragic had Kent (I think) not come along and kicked it through.

    Last Saturday’s crushing loss to Fremantle, after being three goals ahead at three quarter time, should be motivation enough to bounce back for this very winnable Round 5 clash at Windy Hill.     Fremantle hosted the Demons on a sunny 20-degree Saturdayafternoon winning the toss and electing to defend in the first quarter against the 3-goal breeze favouring the Parry Street end. There was method here, as this would give the comeback queens, the Dockers, last use of the breeze. The Melbourne Coach had promised an improved performance, and we did start better than previous weeks, winning the ball out of the middle, using the breeze advantage and connecting to the forwards.

    Calling all fit players. Expect every available Melbourne player to board the Virgin cross-continent flight to Perth for this Round 4 clash on Saturday afternoon at Fremantle Oval.     With Casey Fields basking in sunshine, an enthusiastic throng of young Demons fans formed a guard of honour for the evergreen and much admired 75-gamer Paxy Paxman. As the home team ran out to play, Paxy’s banner promised that the Demons would bounce back from last week’s loss to Brisbane and reign supreme.   Disappointingly, the Kangaroos dominated the match to win by 50 points, but our Paxy certainly did her bit.  She was clearly our best player, sweeping well in defence.
