Are you in this season Wreckers?

How can you keep " The Wrecker " out....

Went away last year to Sth Africa and still won and gees " does he throw it up"

And wouldn't shout even if a shark bit him.

I have tried to contact RR without glory .

Tried Demonology without success.

We need 14 or 16 players but cannot keep changing.

Robbo has done a Stirling job so far so we need to keep to current rules.

We have had plenty of time to make our present/s known....

Sadly if we cannot reach RR unfortunately that's life.

However, need to try to do something re for Scarlett...we need to do our best for him, he also had a torrid time of it last year....always late of the mark our boy, Scarlett.

But as Robbo put it, if we cannot get 15, then 14 will have to remain.

Unless our guru RFPC or another player/ coach can come up with another almighty suggestion to help Robbo and us.

The leadership of Robbo (and promise to ditch any rubbish) was enough to get me in.

What do I throw up JCB...?

I'm not sure what you throw up either Wreckers? but your last post was enough to make the rest of us vomit............

Good to have you back Wrecking Ball & trust me back to back is a tough assignment............

Bow tie- you are a [censored] after your last post.

It is about time, we bring you down and maybe send you back to South Africa for another break...

Glad you liked it, OMR. I'd put myself at about 100-1 of going back to back.

Even at my best I was mid table in all stats. No idea how last year happened.

If my memory serves me well wrecker, it was more a case of last man standing last year, late season injuries and suspensions destroyed everyone coming in to the finals

Thanks again to Robbo for his great work in organising this. I'm not overly worried about the categories used for scoring, but I am a bit concerned about increasing the size of the league further. If we end up at 16 teams that pushes the possible draft time out past five hours. That is a hell of a long time, particularly if it goes after midnight. It also dilutes the player pool a fair bit, which I guess could sort the wheat from the chaff (so to speak).

It won't go that long. Early picks normally take 10-15 seconds and towards the end people generally auto pick. I recon we'll be done in 2- 2 1/2 hours.

If we do get 16 players they will get picks 15 and 16. Otherwise it will stay as is. Scoring will remain as is for this season and we can re-assess next year.

Evidently your memory is absolutely rubbish.

The way I recalled it, the mighty wreckers were missing their best 16 players and took out the rest of the once all-conquering top 4 who had every single player in, fit and firing.

Glad I sorted this misrepresentation out in time.

There is one thing for sure-- you are full of it Bow tie..

For sure you are a very good player/ coach but I can assure you - 13,14 or 15 others will be trying to knock you of your purch....

Speak to you all on draft night.....

Alright so Scarlett has signed up and demon mil will be joining. We will now have 16 teams and these two players will take pick 15 and 16.

Everyone's second pick has moved back slightly and it will be reflected in Ultimate Footy once demon mil has joined.

Hi Everyone. We need one more player to fill this league.

Demon Mil asked to join but is nowhere to be seen so if anyone is interested please let me know ASAP.

Posted

Robbo if we can't find anyone from Demonland to fill this spot, I have a mate you will cover us.

As for Demon Mill that was his only post I would be more selective than that on who we let in this comp...

Dark Dayz..........

Welcome Back brother.......

You are an Auto In

PM Robbo24 he is the main man now...

Draft is next Wednesday 25th March & we have ditched Keepers this season.

All players are up for grabs in this years draft.......

Yup, we'are all set. 6 hours and 13 minutes to go! Due to footy training I may miss my first 1 or 2 picks so hopefully it all runs smoothly!

Ah, one thing - we have emergencies for every position but the threshold to use them is 0% so the only times they would be used is if there are late changes - an injury 5 minutes in won't change the named player to the emergency (which is a new aspect of UF). I am ambivalent, just letting people know that the Emergencies are only for late changes.

So as a newbie to live drafts is there anything I need to know? Is there a specific page I should be on or is it all pretty obvious once it's draft time?

Posted

It's easy Gooviibes..

Just jump into the site & follow all the prompts.....

The screen changes once draft starts & is all user friendly

Relax & enjoy its a great couple of hours.......
