I rate Tapscott as a Jet.

Garland has not lived up to expectations in 2012.....Glider. Has been in the system a long time.

To me the difference between a Jet & a Glider is Power/Speed ratios.

So logically the Jet would be about how quick one is, (Blease),,, & the Glider, a one paced go quietly type, (Morton)...

Should have gone with Jets and Sharks and put it to music. Oh, wait, that's already been done.

Pretty sure gliders have right of way over a jet too.
