And going relatively unnoticed by all of us here... Bartram is having a very good game.

Bout to say the same. Maybe his disposal improves in the wet?!

Lol diversity huh... I don't think any player should be given license to not be involved in physical stuff for the sake of "diversity"... Look, I didn't say he had been bad tonight, but when he needs to provide some kind of physicality he's just not up to it.. And after all, it is footy

Are you Serious. Are you sayimg Morton has avoided the tough stuff? Stupidity at its finest.

Hey guys, Morton had a handball! woooooo!! What a star.... (jokes guys, just having a rip)

Yeah... but you notice as soon as we raised the point, he puts the ball out on the full :-)

Really?! Wanna know stupidity at it's finest? Saying someone is purely an outside player and then disagreeing he avoids the tough stuff. Idiot.

Garland having ankle strapped

Understand he needs Sellar for structure but at this critical stage of the game we need Sylvia's run and class more.

Make the move now before the Saints get a run on!

I've barely seen Jones in the last 45 minutes. Where the heck is he?

How is Magner's ankle going. LOL, Stupidity has just reached another level. Congrats

Change my prediction re Trengove coming off for Sylvia... think it might be Dunn.

Ummmm yeah you're right, it's reached a whole new level.... Try posting something that makes sense buffoon

Wilkes got subbed for saints....hes not happy ha he was going great for them....

Ok... Dunn stays :-)

For a "talentless hack" who only knows how to mouth off to his opponents, Dunn sure knows how to kick a long goal.

I can't see Sellar taking a contested mark any time soon. Sylvia on now please.

And that's why Dunn is playing. Loses his head, does some silly things, but one of our few who presents at 50 and can kick it

Ok, Dunn replaced by Sylvia.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Dunn subbed off.

and got subbed off for his troubles....

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
