My money is on someone from the thread!

Old Dee,Red and Bluebeard, Redlegs or belzebub59!

How could we possible go wrong?

It from a very reliable source, well closer to a drink really.

Mr Jack Daniels and Miss Coke Cola.

:lol::lol::lol::lol: :lol: :lol::lol::lol::lol:

You certainly don't need me TBF.

Banana Daiquiri might be more appropriate!

Redleg this is pessimistic but I will believe it when I see it and not one minute before!

Having said that I am getting a little excited!

Feeling that little tremor are we?

We are still a very long way from being out of the woods bb

But at least we can now see the trees and we have a very good woodchopper.

September 6. Mark that down people.

H_T this not a word that I have much affection for any longer.

Can you find another among your vocabulary please!

What have you got against hangers, OD?

Well Redleg now I believe.

Two years is way short of what I would have expected.

It will be interesting to see what is said at the Press conference.

Someone is sure to ask about the short length.

Does that mean he thinks we are way better than I think?

I hope so but I am not holding my breath.

However over all a very good day for the MFC.

I listened to the press conference.

I was impressed and it takes a bit these days for the MFC to impress me.

Between Mr. P Roos and Mr. P Jackson I think we have something that has not existed for a long time.

We have IMO two people at the top who know what the hell they are doing.

I now have something to look forward too at the MFC.

I am however still fairly pessimistic about our team for 2014 and the next couple of years.

A lot of work is required to make our list into a competitive unit.

The upside is I believe we now have the crew to achieve it.

I have hope this Spring and summer.

Missed most of the presser but hope to catch up later..

I did hear PJ talking about the PP and I think he said that the other 17 clubs will have to get over it if they want us to be competitive and improve the competition.

That pretty much covers it

He also said that it is the reason we have a commission, so that an overall view is taken.

I also get the feeling that a few of the clubs are blustering to appease their supporters, while privately they acknowledge the need for the Dees to improve quickly on the field.

Remember this is all about money. The AFL is all about money. AD gets more money as well the more the AFL makes. Clubs get more money for bigger attendances and an interested TV viewing audience. The TV fees rely on interesting games.

As I posted elsewhere just ask James Brayshaw who has been publicly outspoken against us one simple question," next time we play North as their home match, does he want a big or small crowd". That sums it all up.

The Paul Roos thread is only 17 pages behind this one. Get posting!

It doesn't count because it is actually now two threads combined.

And it will be dead and this one will live on.

As Jack Dyer would say it does not have the "Intestinal Fortitude" to continue.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
