There is about as much chance of the Bombers winning the GF as there is of the Dees beating North on Saturday.

I would not expend too much energy on the thought.

Well I have heard public floggings have been banned in Victoria so this must be the next best thing. How depressed would their player, coaches, board and supporters be after having a GF win taken off them.

MessyDrugs deserve to be banished from the AFL.

Oh and their new training facilities should be given to the MFC at no cost.

Well the last bit was an after thought but worth a try.

Yelling obscenities and racial taunts no doubt. You are a disgrace to Team Australia!

Was thinking we could look at Luke Ball only 30, then read he needs back surgery.

Ready for the draft and trade gossip to hot up. For 8 years that has been about my only interest in football.

So you are not interested in the relocation to Tasmania or a possible new emblem?

What about a new jumper?

Surely the on going debate on how good Hogan will be must keep you up at nights?

As long as you don't actually watch the MFC play there is so many exciting thing going on these days.

After all as I been told so many times in Deamonland winning is not everything.

  • PREVIEW: Geelong

"It's officially time for some alarm bells. I'm concerned about the lack of impact from their best players." This comment about one of the teams contesting this Friday night’s game came earlier in the week from a so-called expert radio commentator by the name of Kane Cornes. He wasn’t referring to the Melbourne Football Club but rather, this week’s home side, Geelong. The Cats are purring along with 1 win and 2 defeats and a percentage of 126.2 (courtesy of a big win at GMHBA Stadium in Round 1 vs Fremantle) which is one win more than Melbourne and double the percentage so I guess that, in the case of the Demons, its not just alarm bells, but distress signals. But don’t rely on me. Listen to Cornes who said this week about Melbourne:- “They can’t run. If you can’t run at speed and get out of the contest then you’re in trouble.
