I was listening to SEN today at 4pm when the OX and his offsider Marko the Pies [censored] came on.

He was putting out all this jovial but pointed stuff about the Dees premiership window being open etc.

I really hope we are under way There is nothing that would give me more pleasure than to ring him on Tuesday 10th June and ask how Collingwood s window is looking after a ten goal loss.

It reminded me how much revenge I have stored up after seven years of pity and put downs.

You closed your park for Jayden Hunt?

not jayden

If it were me, I'd be so blissed out for days after that 10-goal win that I'd forget all about who I needed to take revenge on.

So I hope you're made of sterner stuff. And that you've got it all written down.

Go back to squeezing teats Jazz.

Not on a bull though. That 'teat' will get you chased around like a scene from Benny Hill. :)

It is very disturbing that you could even conjure up such a thought Moonie. I think you need some help - it's time to admit this. I'm sure many on this site could recommend counsellors and psych's who they have confidence in.

od if you want to take your GD on a picnic again and want to mingle with a better class of humans could i recommend wattle park in beautiful burwood

guaranteed bogan and alpaca free

Geez DC, I used to play footy for Surrey Hills many years ago, we used to go for a training run at full pace with one golf club and a couple of golf balls around the 'Royal Wattle' course. Ground keepers were furious, as expected. Wasn't a pretty sight. My golf never recovered, and my footy wasn't far behind

There are those who claim the only thing better than beating the Pies by two points is beating them by one point .... Not me, though -- I am in the camp that says a twenty-goal win is twice as good as a ten-goal one ...

  • GAMEDAY: West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have a chance to notch up their third consecutive win — something they haven’t done since Round 5, 2024. But to do it, they’ll need to exorcise the Demons of last year’s disastrous trip out West. Can the Dees continue their momentum, right the wrongs of that fateful clash, and take another step up the ladder on the road to redemption?

  • FEATURE: 1925

A hundred years ago today, on 2 May 1925, Melbourne kicked off the new season with a 47 point victory over St Kilda to take top place on the VFL ladder after the opening round of the new season.  Top place was a relatively unknown position for the team then known as the “Fuchsias.” They had finished last in 1923 and rose by only one place in the following year although the final home and away round heralded a promise of things to come when they surprised the eventual premiers Essendon. That victory set the stage for more improvement and it came rapidly. In this series, I will tell the story of how the 1925 season unfolded for the Melbourne Football Club and how it made the VFL finals for the first time in a decade on the way to the ultimate triumph a year later.
